Hello,We submitted a request for a refund on deposit for ADU project that we had a ********** with permitting the Build of our ADU in our property. Request date 9/25/2023 Paid : ***** Here is email from business Dear *****, First and foremost, we genuinely appreciate your trust and confidence in choosing us for your project. As a responsible pre construction firm, we are committed to upholding the law and ensuring that all our projects align with the governing regulations. We firmly believe in the importance of meeting your needs, but also adhere to the legal framework set forth for the safety and well-being of the community. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change or expectations may shift.After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that we are unable to refund the full deposit amount as per our company policy. Nonetheless, we value your satisfaction and experience as our client, and we would like to make amends for any inconvenience you may have experienced.As a gesture of goodwill and to demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction, we are pleased to inform you that we will be refunding the site measurement fee ($3,200 USD). We believe this is a fair and reasonable way to address any concerns you may have had during this process.We are optimistic that this refund will help mitigate any inconvenience you may have experienced. Wishing you a pleasant evening. on request Second email dated 3/11/2024 Hello *****,I want to apologize for all the inconvenience you experienced, we will give you the refund but unfortunately at the moment the company is experiencing some liquidity issues and we will not be able to issue the refund until probably mid year June or July. I understand this is not the answer you might have expected but right now is impossible for us to refund your money, I hope you understand.Thank you for your understanding.Me:That request is not reasonable i waited long enough.
