We paid for flooring and installation of a product from the California collection. It was sold to us as very durable and with a 50 year residential warranty. We have been trying for many months to get them to repair it. The product is failing in multiple places. It is splitting at the seams and the top is peeling. Other spots the boards are moving and looks like the top layers have separated from the bottom. We would like them to fix all the boards with issues under the warranty coverage at no charge as it is a product failure and continue to do so for the remaining part of the 50 years it is warranted. Or they can replace it at no charge for a product that doesnt have issues and will not fail apart.Business response

***************************** has spoken to ********************* and explained to them that the damage to the flooring has been caused by a their third party.
The damaged that has been done to the flooring was caused by their appliance tech that dragged and damaged the flooring when moving a refrigerator. ******* did give the customer an estimate to repair the flooring at a cost of $448.00 however the customer has refused.
We are willing to send a flooring installer to repair, the customer just needs to call our installation department at ************ (retail department) to schedule the repair and be willing to pay.
