On 1/17/14 Macros IT said to pay the fee by check only. Then scanned the check via connection to our printer. Called Macros IT on 1/24/25 to cancel the service. Representative said our check had a stop payment on it. Called the bank on 1/26/24 and was told the check had already cleared and no stop payment was issued. So,Macros IT Services lied to me. And has not refunded the $549.Made several calls to Macros IT to get my money back. Each time they transferred me to the billing **** and my call was dropped. Each time I called back I had to answer why I was cancelling, as if this was my first call.What I now find weird is employees do not answer the phone saying the companies name nor their name. Just a hello. Makes me wonder if they are a legitimate company.On 1/29/24 sent a demand email to contact@macrositservices. Without the company responding.Please, can you assist with this issue? Apparently, they are not a BBB member.
