We received an estimate from all-pro plumbing on 10/1/2021 for several plumbing jobs we needed done.We hired them to do three of the four jobs on the estimate which amounted to $1,790.**** came to do the work on 11/30 and came a total of three times to the house to complete the work of the three jobs on the estimate. When the work was complete **** presented us with an invoice for $2895.00 . This invoice is $1,105 above the original estimate. The jobs listed on the invoice indicate the three jobs he was hired to complete. He gave no us no explanation for the added cost. We were never told that the cost would be more than was on the estimate. We tried several times to call Von, the owner, to get an explanation as to the added cost and why were not informed of the added cost to our estimate. In the end, he told in a voicemail he was not going to change the invoice or offer any additional information.

Thank you for informing me of this issue. After looking at the estimate and the invoice there were a few extras that we did ONLY because **** ******* husband) requested them AND was made aware of the extra cost at the time of the request. On the original estimate they wanted to move washing machine hot & cold 2" waist line over to outside wall and install washing machine box. Instead, **** wanted to not only move to the outside wall but wanted to move it over 3-4'. This required that the lines be run via the crawl space and extra piping and material. **** was advised of this extra charge and agreed to it. We also snaked out the tub drain which was also extra.
On the original invoice that was given to the customer in the Technician's Remarks section, **** wrote "extra piping and labor in washing machine area. This would have been a 2 day job but with the extra work we spent 3 days there.
Honestly, I believe I spoke to **** right after the work was done and had explained to her why the extra cost was incurred. I think that is why I was surprised to have received this complaint.
