I purchased a ************ HQ 19 camper 4/20/2021 I did not have much opportunity to use the camper. Until May of 2021 I went to ***** and parked in my brothers driveway.In June 2021 I went to ********. both trips were on paved roads and I mainly used the camper to sleep in and didn't use much of the camper equipment.In October 2021 I went to a campground (paved) at China Lake, Navy Base in ********** to camp and use more of the equipment. I spent mot of my time troubleshooting problems. I contacted *********************, the Dealership where I bought the camper.In Jan 2022 I took the camper to Topline... for warranty work, some work they said they were not equipped to take care of and referred me to the Black Series (I guess it's their Head Quarters) in the ****************. Originally I was supposed to drop it off there on 3/14/2022 but they were having staffing shortage issues and ended up extending my warranty to 5/23/22 to address the warranty work. I picked it up 6/15/2022 and didn't have opportunity to use it until May 2023 when I went to ******** again (all paved surfaces). While I was in ******** almost right away I was having problems, again spent a lot of time troubleshooting, some issues that were supposedly addressed during the warranty repairs. When I got back I attempted numerous times to communicate with Black Series. It was very difficult to contact anyone and the few times I did get a hold of someone, it felt like I was being strung a long, anytime I thought there was potential for progress it did not come to fruition. Unfortunately I ended up in the Hospital in June and almost didn't make it. that set me back while dealing with my health and delayed my pursuit of resolution. I purchased the camper for $64,900 / Financed $71,000 (Value $84,999) I'm sure Black Series could fix this camper and sell it. I have only been able to basically use the camper as a fancy bed for the most part and have not used a lot of the features / equipment.Initial Complaint

We purchased a brand new top model trailer from a black series dealer in ******* (we live in ********) in July of this year. Several weeks later, the trailer suffered some apparent major electrical issue, with the battery, inverter and other components for some reason failing. We took the trailer to a more local dealer for the warranty repairs and to date, nothing has been done. We continue to ask for updates and the only response we get is that they are waiting for a response from their own tech department. The faulty battery was shipped back to ********** with *** confirmed receipt on 9/5 and I was just notified today, 9/15, they cant find it. I also received another email today asking us to ship the battery back. We have tried everything we know to get some sort of resolution to this but continue to get no response. We are concerned that there is some catastrophic problem with the trailer that caused these major component failures our trailer has been usable since we purchased it in July. We have purchased the trailer, a truck to pull it with, and thousands of dollars of equipment to take our dream trip across the country and have not been able to use our new trailer one timeWe would like a refund on the trailer or the entire thing replaced. I have all the emails with the warranty departmentits rediculous.Initial Complaint

Provide a deposit of $3000 for the purchase of a trailer. On May 22, 2023 9 days prior to the desired pickup day of the finished trailer my wife and I visited the plant to see a finished trailer and look at the progress on ours. BlackSeries knew of my visit a week and approved it. My purchase would have include a trade in of a trailer I have with a trade in value of $40000. We were shown four trailers with various manufacturing defects and could not be shown our trailer and do not believe it existed at that time. No manufacturing appeared to be taking place when we walked through the plant. The contract. Had been signed by BlackSeries on that day May 22. We were given no cancellation form. We did not turn in our trailer or take possession of anything from BlackSeries. The afternoon of May 22 I sent and email canceling th purchase and requesting a refund of my deposit. I followed up with a letter in writing. Since May 22 I have been unable to get any phone answered or email or text response trying to give back my deposit or have conversation. I have disputed the deposit charged on my credit card and BlackSeries has not responded to that either.Initial Complaint

We bought a brand new camper from one of Black Series' dealers, and have had numerous issues they do not want to cover under their warranty. Our windows were scratched prior to delivery, the refrigerator was inoperable, tears in the leather, inoperable solar light, and the list could go on. All we really want are new windows, but they are refusing. They have treated us like we dont matter after spending **** on their product.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/09/09) */ This is a very unfortunate circumstance. That was sent to the *** on Aug.15 and reported to Marketing on Aug. 24 2022 through the ***. This customer has been in communication with Black Series warranty department since mid August and a claim has been started By the customers own admission, took possession of a this trailer with the damage already present. This is clearly a issue with the dealership. However, Black Series is currently making an efforts to correct the situation with the customer. Black Series will be happy to work with the dealership and customer on any valid warranty claims.
