Purchased a prebuilt computer system from ABS and the first shipment received had a defective GPU. It was returned and replaced per their 30 day warranty. The 2nd cpu received has defective GPU, possibly defective OS, and defective RAM components. Computer system functioned for first 30 days and as soon as the replacement warranty period ended we started encountering hardware issues. Computer crashes consistently with normal use. Diagnostics via OS indicate memory hardware issue. Screen appears in low quality resolution when booting up. Needs to be restarted multiple times just to see the display in proper resolution. Now since we are outside of 30 day warranty we cannot refund or replace the system, and are forced to have them "service" the already defective product we were sold. We have to cover the cost to ship the defective product back to them for repair. We are told there is no estimated window for repair as that particular GPU is backordered and they are "backed up" with many systems with that particular issue. This is clearly because the company has sold damaged merchandise to customers with no accountability and with fine-print that will protect them outside of 30 days from purchase. It is a literal scam to sell people damaged components then charge them to repair the components. We are dependent on this computer system for income and now will potentially lose income due only to false advertising and manipulative sales tactics/warranty that ensure customer has little to no recourse for reimbursement on the damaged items being sold. RTX **** GPU is the defective component. ABS Gladiator system is defective system being sold. I desire a new replacement system or refund in full so that I can purchase from a credible manufacturer that sells working machinery. 3rd party (geeksquad) cpu repair services indicate hardware defects in system.Initial Complaint

I bought a********************* - ********************************************************************* which was advertised to include a gaming keyboard and mouse from ********** on ********** The Tracking for UPS is ******************** I paid around ******* for this item. The listing is: ************************************************************************* I was suppose to receive a gaming mouse, but after setting the computer up I noticed the mouse is missing. I looked again and again without luck. There is no mistake about it, the gaming mouse was not included. After paying so much money, the least I expect is to receive what was advertised. I tried contacting them through their support email, but have not received any reply from them and yes I have checked the Spam folder. I also chatted with ****** support about this, and all they told me to do was contact them, which I explained I already have. ALL I wanted is the gaming mouse I was suppose to receive.
