On October 25, 2023 I order special eye contacts for a Halloween party I was attending on 10/28/23. I order 2 pairs, total came to ****** and paid ***** for overnight shipping. Total ****** I reached out to the company when I did not receive my package Friday 10/27. I asked the company for a return slip and I would like a full refund including overnight shipping cost. I received the package On Monday 10/30 I didn't open the package and reached out to the company again, to return unopened package. They finally replied and said it was out of their hands. Provided an address for me to return at **** (my cost) and would not reimburse my shipping fee and I would have to pay a stocking fee. They sent me their return policy and understand, but I think this is their responsibility since I didn't receive it when I was supposed to. I still have the package, I would like a return slip, so I may return the package properly, with a full refund, including the overnight shipping cost. I have all emails and *** tracking.
