On 5/10/2022, I was attempting to put on an ************************** Respirator, when it suddenly split open from the center seam starting at the chin going up to about the lip area. I reported the defective face mask to the manufacturer on both 5/11/2022 and 5/12/2022 via their website "Contact" link as well as leaving a voice message for the designated company customer service representative, but I did not receive a reply. This is a critical failure of *** that demanded an immediate response, but no response has been forthcoming. I have reported this *** failure to the**** MedWatch website, but I would also like a refund for my original order placed in February 2022 (order #*******) for $****** since I have over 70% of the masks left that I no longer believe are safe to use.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2022/07/06) */ This case is now resolved as I did receive a refund from the vendor on this defective product subsequent to returning the rest of the lot that contained the defective mask. Thank you.
