I had a bike sent over to Velofix to be built and delivered. I am pulling teeth to get answers and no one ever follows up. I am consistently having to call back to get updates. Got to point where I told them I want to cancel service and pick up my bike. Response I got, sorry we don't do cancelation. However, we will see what we can do. Follow by someone will get back to you in 48 hours to try and schedule a day where you can meet up a technician half way to pick up your bike. This is unacceptable. You are withholding my property and I want my bike immediately released for pick up.Initial Complaint

I am filing a serious complaint against Velofix and technician ***** for severely damaging my electronic scooter, necessitating a full replacement. The issue began with a simple tire replacement request to Velofix. ***** arrived with his mobile repair shop but soon took the scooter, citing difficulties with the tubeless tires I provided.Days passed with no updates until I reached out with an instructional video. When ***** returned the scooter, it was in a deplorable state. The front motor was non-functional, emitting grinding noises and causing violent shaking. The scooter, previously in perfect condition and valued at $2000, was now scratched and unsafe.Confronting ***** about the damage resulted in him unprofessionally demanding payment in front of my neighbors. Under pressure, I paid him $150. The scooter is now a safety hazard, with issues such as shaking and noise at low speeds, especially when braking.This incident is not only about the financial loss of a valuable item but also reflects the lack of professionalism and competency in Velofix's service. The damage caused by what should have been a routine service is unacceptable. I am seeking a full replacement for my scooter from Velofix due to the significant damage caused.This situation has been extremely distressing and inconvenient. I expected professional service from Velofix, but this incident has completely broken my trust. I urge Velofix to take responsibility for their technician's actions and provide a fair resolution by replacing my damaged scooter.
