Dear Administrator,We burial my love ones at Cypress Lawn in ***** in February 14,2024, we purchase Pegasus Medium Color of Mother, picture frame #4.It was purchase September 8, 2024. when I went to my mom plot in march 28,2024 her pictures wasnt up yet. I contact my sale representative from cypress ************************* inform him how come my mother picture not put up he inform me that he reach out to the correct department they sale the employee handle the order not here, and works 1 day a week. He said it should take 2 to 3 weeks after the name plate install. The name plate was install april4. when I went there in middle of April still picture not install. Now its pass mother day went to the grave yesterday still no picture. Unsatisfactory experience Im getting from the company excuse only. I feel like this incident not happen to family customer especially love past and cost in tails Attach is a picture of the stone no picture on it; addendum copy for add picture and conversation. This been about 2 month on going since my mother got lay to rest.

The person who filed the compliant is NOT the Purchaser. We worked closely with the member of the Family who was in charge (attorney in fact) of making all of the arrangement decisions including but not limited to reviewing proofs, etc... We worked with this Purchaser at their pace, and they informed us that they were very pleased and happy.
