Purchased on March 1, 2022 for $299.70. MDHAND 80" Floating TV Stands w/20 color LED lights for TVs up to 85" 180 degree wall mounted, multi finishes entertainment center home living room furniture, white. My son and I built this unit while watching the video that was provided on the instruction manual. Instructions to build were just pictures with out actual words describing the "how to" in each step. The video is ok, again no one speaking the how to in each step just music. So you have to pay close attention. After we build it and was ready to hang the unit the brackets make the unit lean forward and is very unstable. The measurements between each bracket don't match up to the standard wall studs either. The weight of this unit is too much for a drywall hang, even with the drywall plastic inserts. I called Walmart (where I purchased it) and they had to submit a claim with the vendor. The vendor is saying that the unit should be hung on either brick or concrete (NOT in the description online). They sent me the video again (I honestly don't know why) and after a few more emails on me wanting to return the product they tell me that they will not send me a label with prepaid shipping. This product is long and heavy. I do not have the original box so it's hard to find one that will fit this unit to return and the shipping cost is going to be astronomical! I asked if I could return it to Walmart and they said no. They also said that since it was already built they can't resell it so they're just going to throw it away. Some Walmart vendors will tell the customer to keep the product or toss it away and still issue a refund. This company is still insisting that I return the product to get a full refund. Even after I called them out on their description! It's false advertising and leads consumers to believe this can be hung on drywall.Initial Complaint

On Dec. 11th I recieved my MD Hand Bow Set ordered from ******** *********** as a gift for Christmas. I opened the package to make sure everything was there and found items missing. I got in touch with Walmart and they took my information and contacted the ******************** A few days later Walmart wrote me back and included the message from the mfg. The mfg apologized for the inconvenience and told me I could keep the bow and they would refund part of the money, if I accepted. This set was to be fully ready to go to the range. I was missing: Arrow quiver *1 - Finger guard*1 - Mixed carbon arrows *6 Arm guard *1 and 5 target sheets. I asked for them to please just send what was missing. Then I recieved an address to send the set back to and I could contact them after they recieved the product back. At that point I had to stop communicating and continue with Christmas. The set was for my grandson. So, I have the bow and that's it. All I am requesting is the missing items as a resolution.
