I ordered from them, wore it for 2 seconds and saw it doesnt fit so i returned Them ( i only Wore 1 of 3 shirts for a second. They didnt refund me because they said its been used and damaged and smells like perfume. They also denied to give me my money back. Horrible businessReview from Ash B

I love the tees from Talentless. Pretty sure they've easy had over 100K customers, so hopefully the few bad reviews here are just one offs or nonsense people trying to take them down. Ive ordered from this company many times now and have dealt with the customer service on numerous occasions.

This is the worst and lowest scam company. Clothes are trash and then when you try to return, welcome to h*** with the rudest least professional customer service. I'm going to contact my bank and file fraud on these charges. That's the only way you can get any money from returns with this scam company.Talentless Response

I am very disappointed with this brand. Their sizing runs very inconsistent. I ordered 1 pair of shorts size M - they were HUGE and I was unable to return. I ordered a different pair of shorts size S after reading reviews, and the shorts were TINY. Again, I attempted to return and lost $22 in the process. They did not reimburse the outrageous $10 shipping fee and on top of that they added an $8 handling fee. So my order total was $102 and when I returned my 2 items (the day I got them, unworn), I only got $82 refunded. I received no help after reaching out to their customer service. That does not make any sense to me! NEVER will I order from this brand again.Talentless Response

Horrible customer service, horrible quality of clothing. They wouldn't accept a return and after paying the $7 to ship it back, sent it back to me saying it had perfume? Insanity! It was in the exact same condition as how they sent it to me. They're obviously hurting for money or have the laziest business model ever made. Don't waste your time or money here! Awful customer service!! Ordered a pair of lounge pants, received them and had them on for 1 second before realizing they were way too big (ordered a small). Not the same pants that the model was wearing by any means. Emailed them and they sent me a return code after telling me they would also subtract $8 from my refund for returning them. Mailed them back and then 1 week later they mailed same package back with a crumpled paper stating no refund to be issued because they smell of cologne /perfume. I had these pants on for 1 second and was not wearing any cologne or perfume. I also took these out of the bag to smell them myself and they had no smell other than a warehouse clothing smell! They have not returned my calls or emails. So upset!!! Total fraud!!Review from Melissa B

Their customer service is a joke. Dont bother wasting your time leaving voicemails or sending emails. The only responses youll get will be text messages saying the same thing - that your message will be relayed to their team. I think the only team they have is a marketing team. I get a number of emails and text messages from them daily. Why is it so difficult to do an exchange? As their site indicates, Im eligible to do one, but when using their portal, I get an error notification. My return window will close today, so that will be the reason for me not being able to do an exchange, I presume. That is, if I ever hear from anyone. I feel bad for the people who are trained to apologize and lie about getting back to customers. Im so done with this company. Save your money and time, and dont shop here. I refuse to shop where I dont feel Im a valued customer.Review from Julie G

Would not issue a refund for product. I called and wrote multiple times trying to change the mailing address but no on answered, called me back, or responded via email until it was too late. **************** rep was rude as well. Text codes are completely bogus. They never work. I tried to use one immediately after receiving the text and it was not working. I replied to the text with the not working code and someone replied and to assured me that they will look into it and get back to me soon. It took them more than 24 hours to solve the issue which meant I never received a working code. I like the products but definitely will not order because of the shady business practices with the bogus promotions.
