What an amazing company. We had ****** come out in under two hours. Super knowledgeable, nice, and explained everything as he went. Everyone I talked with on the phone was super nice and truly cared. I cant recommend them enough.

I was looking for a company to service my AC unit. I looked a several companies but this one stood out to me so I decided to give them a shot.My first experience with the female in the call center was great I can't say enough.My second experience was with the technician ***, who came out and walked me through the issues that I was having with my system. It was a great experience sine HVAC is definitely not my wheel house. *** took the time to let me know about some options since I had a really old system that was barely holding on. Since summer is coming I knew that I needed to get a new system. *** never tried to up sale me on anything. I asked a lot of questions and he gave me his honest opinion. So I decided to change the whole system out.My third experience was the technician that came out, to install the system: *****, ******, **** and ****. Man the **************, I can't say enough about these guys. Very professional, kind and walked me through the process. It's not often that you deal with contractors and a company like this. I had a problem with my heater and I called Smart Heating and Air Conditioning. I was able to schedule an appointment very easy and fast. The technician was able to fix my system at the same time. I highly recommend them for heating and air conditioning needs

**** and the Team and SMART Heating and Air Conditioning are first class from top to bottom. My AC unit was in need of a service check up and from the moment that I contacted the SMART team I could tell that I was going to be in great hands. ***** the office manager was so friendly and was able to get me on the schedule quickly. When **** came to my house to assess my AC unit I could tell that this was a guy who knew what he was talking about. He walked me through my whole system and explained to me how everything was working and what he could do to give my system the tune up and boost in performance it needed especially before the hot summer months arrive. What I appreciated the most about **** was his customer service skills. He told me what my system could use but even better he didn't try to upsell me with equipment or services that I didn't need. Even The day of my appointment when I ran into a scheduling issue that put me home later than I thought, **** was able to work his afternoon schedule around and fit my appointment in! That's top notch! Thanks to **** and the team at SMART Heating and Air my cooling and heating system has never ran better. If you are looking for a great HVAC company look no further than the SMART team. They are awesome!!!
