Been with your distribution company since 2015 and built my career using their distribution. Just got an email that said because Im not making them a certain amount of money that they are going to take down all of my music from eight whole years of work. I busted my a** for those eight years. I just got verified on Instagram and ** really making great connections with major Artists and am ABOUT TO GO ON TOUR!!! I do not have time to upload all of my music to see the baby and its going to all say that all of my music was made in 2023. Im taking this as a blessing but to email someone and say we are taking your music down right now-Without getting a heads up of a few weeks is totally ridiculous. Im planning to check my contract with my attorney to see if this is even legal. I should not be dropped is an artist. My music should stay with you guys as its always been and then I will distribute my next project through someone else. This is so wrong. I hope someone with a heart is able to fix this. Rapbay.com is an e-commerce site that is in the business of selling physical goods online to consumers. Rapbay is an online retailer, not a distribution company. Rapbay does not and has not ever done business with this individual. This is an erroneous complaint and should be treated as such. Thank youCustomer response

Rapbay.com does not have any agreement in place with this person. Rapbay has no history of any purchase from this person. Rapbay does not provide a service; we are a retailer of physical goods. We have no contract or agreement in place with this person. This is an erroneous complaint.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference tocomplaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. our client has decided to go in another direction as a urbanlife/rapbay is no longer able to fulfill our needs. Thank you.
