      I purchased a ****** hardtop shortly after it was released. Paid in full in 2022. I have received multiple emails stating the hard top was in production and would be shipped in the next few months. Then I received an email video from Advanced Fiberglass Concepts stating the hardtops are never getting delivered and there will be NO REFUNDS!!! $6,800 down the drain. Unacceptable no matter what issues they had with a manufacturer. They sent out some legal documents and told us they are on our side but continue to s**** us over. Do not purchase anything from this company. How are they still in business, selling products, but can't afford to refund people they scammed?

      I ordered an aftermarket hardtop for **** Bronco from ADVANCED FIBERGLASS CONCEPTS on November 2, 2022. The order required advanced payment in full for the amount of $6,740.91. I promptly received receipt for my payment in full for order #****. Despite multiple promises and 23 months passed I have not received the hardtop nor have I been paid the subsequently requested refund.

      I pre-ordered a hard top for my **** Bronco on 11/19/2022. They required payment up front in the amount of $7922.65 (included payment for shipping to me).I followed up consistently while waiting for delivery notice with my last correspondence to them on 7/31/24 where they indicated things were still moving along. Then on 8/7/24 I received a video email from them indicating that they were supposedly taken advantage of by their manufacturing partner and that I would not be getting my hardtop and I would not be getting any of my money back. Since the transaction was initiated almost 2 years ago my credit card company cannot help with this issue.

      Im not satisfied with the response to contact my credit card company. The transaction was almost 2 years ago. They are doing nothing since the transaction was more than 6 months ago..aside from that I have no choice but to be out almost $8,000.

      On November 2, 2022 I ordered a hardtop for my 2021 **** Bronco from Advanced Fiberglass Concepts. I paid the company $7, ******. The business originally stated the hardtop would be delivered to my home in ew ******. The company originally stated the hardtop would be delivered to me within 3 three months however soon thereafter came multiple delays and changes in my delivery date, along with numerous reason for the delays. The nature of my dispute is I eventually canceled my order and was promised a refund in 20 days. After the 20 days passed I contacted the company to check on the status of my check. A few days later I received an email from the company stating they were removing the hardtops from their business and would not deliver my hardtop as promised and paid for. I was told to contact my credit card company to see if they would give me a refund. I was one of hundreds if not thousands of people this company defrauded. If you need receipts I will or anything I will provide. Im sure you have had many complaints at this time.

      I do not accept the businesses response since they promised to refund my money when I canceled my order in July of 2024.  The business told me they would refund my money within 20 days.  They never did and despite any problems they encountered with someone else it has nothing to do with my hardtop.  I paid them the money and they promised a refund before they decided to not make the hardtops at all.  This is straight out THEFT!!!!  I am expect  my money refunded as promised!

      I purchased a hardtop from Advanced Fiberglass Concepts for my 2022 **** Bronco on February 2, 2024.The company told me to expect a 16 week manufacturing and shipping window.When I contacted the company in April, they told me that they were having a "labor shortage" issue and that my hardtop would be completed in July/August.I again contacted the company on July 8 and this was their exact response-"Hey ****,Sorry I missed your call, I'm working remotely due to an illness - ************ Your order is cruising through production right on schedule. We're expecting a late August completion, and I will send you an update as soon as we have a firm shipping date available. Let me know if you have any questions!-- ***** ****** Customer Operations Manager, **********************"On August 7 the company sent out an email saying that they had been scammed by a supplier and all of my money is gone.Advanced Fiberglass Concepts is still in business and sending out marketing emails and texts, They have sent no plan or communication on paying back the customers that purchased hardtops. They just say "sorry".I have included all pertinent emails and communication with ***.

      I attached emails that show that *** was assuring me delivery 1 MONTH before dropping this fraud bomb.

      I believe that *** is guilty of fraud.

      They were lying and buying time.

      How can 100% of my money be gone because of the supplier that *** used? Are you telling me that *** sent ALL OF MY MONEY to the supplier? What about ***'s profit? 

      There is money that is unaccounted for and I want it refunded.

      I ordered a new custom Hardtop from Advanced Fiberglass Concepts on 11/29/23. They have been promising delivery and state labor shortages for the delay several times. On 8/7/24 just we got an email apologizing that they will not be able to deliver the product and cannot give a refund just 12 days after saying it was about to ship. It seems they have been taking orders and payment in full on a product they cannot deliver and I even questioned why they are taking more orders on their web site. I want a full refund as they never provided what was paid for.

      The statement "trusting the wrong people with your money" is flat out false. The trust resided with Advance Fiberglass Concepts (AFC) with my money paid. Also,  *** deliberately concealed issues and continued to take orders knowing supplier issues were real. *** failure to manage their sub contracts does not move liability to the sub contractor as I never entered into any agreement with a sub contractor / supplier. My agreement was with *********** alone. Not only did I not get a refund in full I never even got a refund for tax, nor shipping. The below shows a willful intent to conceal and defraud me of money.

      July 16th AFC (from ****)

      "Your order is cruising through production. We're expecting a late august completion, but I'm keeping a close eye on it and will send you an update as soon as we have a firm shipping date (3-5 day range). The anticipation is real this is going to be worth the wait!"

      July 26th AFC (from **** when I asked for a date)

      "Yes, late august at this time!"

      I received your email regarding my complaint number #********.  This complaint is not settled and Advanced Fiberglass Concepts has not refunded me monies for paying for a product which was never delivered, despite repeated promises to fulfill my order.

      Advanced Fiberglass Products needs to refund my payment of $6,500 for a Bronco Hard Top Which was never delivered.
