Costa Mesa Sanitary District (CNR) contract with the Costa Mesa resident to do large item pickups 3 times per year. The first week of August, I called this company and scheduled my 2nd large item pick for the year. I was informed that it would take place on Wednesday, 8/24/22, but they failed to pick up. I called **************** and notified them of the failure to pick up. I was assured they would place priority on this request. It's now Tuesday, September 6th and they have yet to pick the pile of large items. I've tried calling them, but each call is a ***** miinute wait, then I get disconnected. I am unable to reach them at ************* which is the number I am asked to call. If items are not picked up, I can be fined by the City of Costa Mesa. This company is not honoring their contract with me.
