*******************, *******************************, *****************, *************************** and their associates aggressively promoted Amazon and ******* Automation stores across social media and events, falsely claiming success in solving dropshipping issues and boasting about transitioning stores to FBA, with alleged earnings between $10k to $50k within three months. They also misrepresented managing over ***** stores, guaranteeing a "100% success rate" for reinstating deactivated Amazon stores. Despite these assurances, nearly all of the 200+ investors that we know of to date experienced unprofitable outcomes, with no refunds provided as promised by ************ was convinced to invest $30k in Ecom Partners **** & $40k into *******, under pressure from ***** to act quickly to avoid price increases, with my funds directed to the *****-associated ********************* Promised refunds for any store complications were unfulfilled when my store was deactivated within 1.5 months, followed by unethical suggestions for reactivation, which I declined. Afterward, communication with ***** and his team were ceased by blocking me.The operation was characterized by significant mismanagement. Ecom Partners overwhelmed investors with onboarding tasks and a 'Probationary Period', causing stores to remain inactive for over 120 days. Subsequent attempts to transition my store to an FBA model demanded an additional $20k, showcasing their inexperience and lack of transparency, eventually leading to store deactivation, unaddressed mismanagement, and a complete halt in communication for refunds. This scheme, operational since 2020, employed deceptive marketing to lure investors into high financial commitments with promises of profitability and passive income, only to fail to deliver. The operation's legitimacy is further doubted due to the absence of investor profits and *****' ongoing promotion for commissions despite the clear operational failures, indicating a disregard for investor success and financial well-being.

In April 2022 I signed up for the initial investment of 35k and after waiting for a "probabtion period" of 6 months , my store was supposed to be up and running but on Dec of 2022 they required an additional 20k for "merchandise" so I invested that and haven't heard from them for months , later I found out my store was sold to HG academy without my knoweldge and that 20k that was supposed to be for merchandise was another initial investment . If anyone is a victim of ******************* please follow this link and fill out this form. Lawsuit is currently being worked on. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Thank you

Same story as all the rest. Paid the them $125,000 for a seasoned store that was to be producing sales faster. 3+ years later and the Amazon store has not made more than $600 and now store was suspended by Amazon due to drop ship violations by Ecom Partners. We loose our money while the owner of Ecom Partners, ***************** brags on ************ about make millions and driving his ******* and RR. This company is a complete SCAM.

Same story as all the rest and almost identical to the latest complaint on the bbb site. We have started a ************** to see if we can start to get as many people involved as possible along with their stories. Hopefully between the lot of us, we can get a class action suit started or at the very least, share some information. ************** is called ECOM PARTNERS *** SCAM VICTIMS. Hopefully we can get things moving forward to shut these scammers down for good.

Ecom Partners (including partners ******************************* and *****************) does not operate with integrity or follow general business practices. I have been able to find and document multiple social media complaints, lawsuits against ECOM Partners, talked with several individuals that have submitted demand letters and pursued arbitration, and have made connection with over 50 customers/store owners claiming experiences similar to mine. It goes without saying that my experience with Ecom Partners **** has been unsatisfactory, to put it mildly. Ecom has been unresponsive and unwilling to communicate with any amount of transparency; it has misrepresented how its business is run and its use of my money; it has failed to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement and Reimbursement Agreement, and it has been dishonest regarding its compliance with Amazons policies and its willingness to reimburse me for their failures. I have lost more than 40k due to their scam and attempted to resolve all of these issues informally but received no response from Ecom. Like others, I have also filed with the ********* ** Attorney, ** ********** of ******** and others. ECOM Partners was to maintain the documentation required should Amazon audit my store, and claimed to have a 100% success rate in passing Amazon audits. They falsely claimed I worked with a company by the name of Retaillix LLC 3 separate times to Amazon. ECOM Partners falsely claimed to have a system that was compliant for properly drop shipping per Amazon policy, recording sales and revenue, handling returns, and documenting returns. ECOM Partners cancelled more orders than shipped, shipped on cancelled orders, did not provide accurate billing, and provided insufficient response to customer complaints. Alt Address: ************************* Suite 925, **********, ** ***** Information on partner ***************** can be found online with several others scams, and bragging about scamming others.

THEIVES/SCAMMERS, to the tune of $60K! Same story as all the rest. They are in breach of contract (which by the way was so poorly written it should have been a red flag) and dereliction of execution.A real shell game as everything is constantly handed off to different company people and changing terms. Our oral and written inquiries are now ignored. We would participate in a class action lawsuit that should be brought, as lawyer(s) usually work on contingency for this type of action. I would rather take a loss on the contingence fee then lose to these SCAMMERS.

Just like everyone else, they took $35k to manage a storefront on my behalf. Not long after starting they wanted to switch from FBM to FBA storefront with slightly higher profit margins. Took additional $20k for inventory with very little communication for a short time after and over the last couple months I don't believe they even have the same phone # and wont return emails either. Basically fell off the face of the earth. Would be interested in anyone who is looking to sue and will gladly help. Been discussing with Lawyers around me.

I hope the FBI investigates Kristopher Gomez and Ecom Partners, Inc. and bring them to justice. Just like all the other victims I was scammed out of mostly all of my savings. They presented a very straight forward business plan where they would manage my amazon store for 2 years for $35K. They showed me every step of the business, the spreadsheets that would be used to track operations, the team I would be working with... all lies. I wired them $35K and followed all of their instructions and after 6 months with zero sales they told me they needed to switch my business model from drop shipping to purchasing inventory (FBA) or I'd risk the chance of my store getting deactivated as soon as sales began. They asked for a credit card which I reluctantly gave them with a limit of $5k which they completely disregarded and maxed out at $8K. When I called to confront them about it they disappeared with all of my money and inventory. They will not pick up the phone, respond to e-mails, I even texted Kris on IG because he is constantly posting his exotic cars and lavish lifestyle and he ignored me. There is currently a collaborative google doc with 30+ people that have been scammed out of over $1.2 million and they all have the same exact story. I just can't believe this company is allowed to do this with no repercussion. My advice to all the victims is don't give up! Continue to post about this and report them to the FTC and FBI till the authorities get involved.
