      I would give them zero stars if that was an option.I purchased a gift card and when we went to use it, the card was empty. I have tried going to the store to fix this issue, with no success and I have also tried calling the corporate office but only get a voicemail.The employees at the store had taken the card and thrown it away. When I asked to get the card back, I was told that the trash had been taken out.Very poor service and business practices.

      Do not do business with the ***********, ** Nekter Juice Bars or the locations in this region. I ordered a 3-day juice cleanse (18 juices total) on their website through my local store location. I received a confirmation (order #*****) and was told by the store that the juices could be ready in 30-minutes. I arrived to the store for my Juices and received a bag of 6 juices. It wasnt until I was home that I realized I was missing 12 juices so I called the store back. The employee told me that he gave me the wrong juices and I needed to come back to return them. It was at this time he also mentioned he didnt have my order, but when I returned to the store we would determine what the problem was. I returned the juices that belonged to someone else and the employee checked their system again after he saw my official confirmation and payment receipt from their online system. The store address specified for pick-up was correct and the payment was processed. Interestingly enough a friend who ordered the same cleanse placed her order minutes after me and he had her order. Realizing this, the store employee did the right thing and called his regional manager. The regional manager told him it takes two days for orders to appear in the system. This didnt sound right to me or the store employee because 1) you can select your pick up date for the order and 2) they received my friends order in less than 24 hours. When the store employee mentioned this to his regional manager, the response was the exact same it takes two days for orders to appear in the system as if he could not be bothered and he told the employee bye - no further discussion or consideration. Not once did the regional manager ask for my name, my order number or details of my order and payment confirmation. Disappointed, I left the store and was told to come back on Tuesday. On that Tuesday I called the store to see if my juices were ready and was informed by the same store employee that my friends order was ready but not mine he still had not received my order. I requested for the regional manager to please call me because I need the 18 juices that I paid for. I also said I was coming by the store to pick them up. The employee gave the regional manager my cell phone and begged him to call me. When I arrived to the store, the same lovely employee picked up the phone and said we could call the regional manager together he did not answer. Five minutes later, the employee stated that he texted the regional manager to let him know I was at the store waiting for his call and my juices. I tried calling corporates customer service number during their office hours but kept receiving a voicemail that said voicemail full cannot accept messages. It wasnt until I left a 1-star ****** review with a photo of my confirmation that my phone rang and a person by the name of ********************* called me. I answered the phone and heard nothing but silence for a good 15 seconds. Finally a voice came on the phone sounding surprised to hear someone on the other end. A very laid back male said hello and asked who this was after. He asked my first name several times he finally started to inquire details about my order. After I noted that he kept blowing me off and leaving his store employees with no guidance or customer service solutions, he finally started to act concerned and kept telling me that if you let me talk. I kept pausing to listen but the regional manager who told me he is actually the district manager told me to send an email via the app. Had he been listening to me, he would know that I already did that and also tried calling customer service support. Again, he kept telling me that if you let me talk I would know that their store hasnt received my order, which was already established and the reason for the call. Once I pointed out he has no leadership skills to help find a solution, he repeated himself and told me to send an email through the app. It was at that point I reiterated that he has offered no help or suggestions to fix the problem and he kept mentioning I needed to let him talk After I repeated that I had done that I asked if I could get a refund. He noted that wasnt possible. I told him I would be disputing the charge. He was very feisty at this time and told me Good. BUH-BYE. and hung up. The lack of customer service and business acumen is beyond me and I still have no resolution from this company other than calling **************** to dispute the charge.
