I purchased an electric motorcycle from the Company in September 2023. The unit was shipped and arrived in a timely fashion, however, the unit did not work upon arrival. I tried several trouble shooting items over the phone and via video call with the Company nothing worked. In December I said I just want a replacement unit or my money back. They arranged pick up from a company and I heard nothing back until late March on April 7 I was finally able to talk with someone they said they repaired my bike. I said I no longer trusted it, and they agreed to try and sell it for me. I gave them until the end of May to sell it, at that time I called and requested that they ship it back. On June 7 they texted and agreed to ship it back, I said I had a seller and needed the bike by Mid July. on June 20 I inquired about shipping and they said they "didn't see a booking order". The shipping company says the bike is in ***** with no ETA for arrival at my house. I have of course lost the sale.Business response

To whom it may concern.
I am the *** of Sierra Electric Motorcycles
******************* ***** is being honest and accurate about everything she has stated.
With that said, My official statement is as follows:
It was agreed upon that the motorcycle would be shipped, in the crate from ***********, to the customers destination which was successfully received. The motorcycle was then received dead on arrival, and despite several phone conversations, was unable to be repaired. We then, at our own expense, paid the shipping fees to have the bike shipped back to **********. We immediately found the simple problem, corrected it, and made the customer aware that it was ready to the returned. we were then instructed by the customer to attempt to sell the bike out here in **********, which we agreed to do. The customer then found a buyer and asked if we would ship the bike back out at our expense (totaling $1370), to the customers location, which we did. Apparently, in the mean time, the sale fell through. we feel that we did what was required by law in order to satisfy the customer.
Also, since we have never had a complaint, and always try to make good by helping the customer, I respectfully ask to have this derogatory remark ***************** Best regards

I purchased an electric motorcycle from this Sierra Electric Motorcycles (some of the documents/emails are under Triumph Classic Motorcycles, which has the same owner and address). I purchased this motorcycle as well as 2 additional batteries based on several claims made on the motorcycle such as: a 72mph speed, (elligible for state, and federal tax credits), 240V charging capability, free shipping, etc. Shortly after the motorcycle shipped the dealer refused to ship the extra batteries and asked for more money for shipping, (contrary to the free shipping stated). I refused to pay this fee as it seemed like a bait and switch tactic. While I was waiting for the motorcycle to be shipped I had come across several parties who had claimed that the specifications for the motorcycle were falsely advertised (range, speed, power output to the motor, build quality, etc.). I emailed at this point saying I was no longer interested in the motorcycle and shortly after had a conversation with the owner ***************************. **** stated that in order to reach the specification advertised he would need to send a cable to me so I could reprogram the motor controller (as well as several other parts such as saddlebags to store the extra batteries, etc.). I said I would not commit to making a decision about continuing the transaction with the motorcycle that day. ( I do not believe I ever did) The motorcycle eventually was shipped to my house. There were several defects that I noticed right away. There were parts incorrectly installed (upside down, missing bolts, over/under tightened, etc. I attempted to call and email the dealer several could not an answer. I was trying to recoup my money as the motorcycle was unsafe and falsley advertised ( handlebars were incorrectly installed and moved unsafely, as well as previously stated items). I also was able to find the original manufacturer (Velimotors) who had the real specifications of the motorcycle listed (very different from stated specs.Business response
