11/4/23 schedule this company to move my entire household in a 10x30 storage unit. Mover arrived 4 hours late. Arrived in a small truck when I paid for a full size moving truck for a one time pickup and drop off. The movers demanded we pay them up front prior to touching the unit. I negotiated to pay 1/2 now until the job was done. They were rude. The movers had zero moving blankets, mishandled all of my boxes. Furniture was banged up and arrived to my house with broken pieces of wood on all dressers, hutches, desks and living furniture. Also broke the glass to my china cabinet. TV once turned on, screen is broken with lines thru the screen. The movers had to do 2 trips and didnt finish until 9pm that evening. The movers also took my dolly and didnt return it. Email ****, the owner on 11/16 with pictures of the damages. **** advised he would come out and fix the wood damages. We have reached out several times including my daughter and he has nothing but excuses. He loves to far. Offered $150 for the glass which will not be enough to repair the glass that needs a custom fitted glass. Company needs to go out of business. This is how they treat military veterans.
