      Sportymart needs to be shut down immediately. This is a scam online business that provides a terrible deceiving product. They sell sports jerseys that are not remotely close to the website shows. They have a 1 rating online from over 20 reviews. All claiming the same thing. The material is damaged upon delivery to everyone. They do not answer the phones. If you ask for a refund, they demand you take pictures of the jersey and measure with your own tape measure, then email back the pictures. Returning an item does not require justification. And they still dont refund. They also send emails back at 1am which tells me they are fraudulent. Please put a stop to this company.

      I ordered a jersey for my son that was needed for a school project. I emailed and called the. Business to no avail. I have not received it and at this point I will not receive it in time I finally at my **** end asked that they just not ship it and provide me with a refund. The response was they will not give me a refund ** they only provide them within six hours of ordering. However the website does NOT say this. I want my money back abs I feel as if Ive been scammed

The jersey was cheaply made not the correct material, the neck on the jersey is wide, buttons are loose and not of the color as advertised, sleeves were lined with an elastic ribbon type band also not what was advertised, the buisness phone numbers do not work cannot get ahold of anyone other than email, ***** was helpful but has not contacted me back for a refund.       My brother had purchased a Christmas gift for my wife (a **** baseball jersey) from Sportymarts online. They list a return and exchange policy on their website. They jersey we received is to small and doesnt fit my wife. I have been emailing them for 2 weeks trying to exchange the item but they keep giving me the run around. First it took me 2 emails and over a week to get a first response. Then they will only email me once a day so the process is slow and takes days to get through a conversation. They keep demanding that I measure the jerseys width and length so they can check with the factory to make sure it is right. In no case should that matter, the jersey doesnt fit and we want to pay for one that we can use. I have tried to call their phone number listed on their website several time but no one picks up. I am frustrated with this ask but I obliged to get the process moving. They sent back an email the next day saying my picture werent good enough and they I need to do it again. This is a clear delay tactic and this is a fraudulent company. They will not honor their return policy which they have listed online. I believe the person responding may be some type of AI bot with no employee to actually review this case. Additionally, I have found several review on line which I have sent to them stating the same issue. I would not only like to report this company to the BBB but I would like to warn other potential customers about using them. They have a 1.6 star rating on sitejabber.com which is a a review website. They seem to have bad ratings across all reviews. I would like to return my jersey for a full refund at this point and would like this company to be noted with the BBB so that other customers dont have the same experience as I have had.

      I purchased a jersey from this company. The shipping timeline was off by weeks. The quality is terrible and the sizing is way off. I purchased a youth size and this jersey wouldnt fit a grown man because the measurements are so off.I emailed, no response. I emailed again and they asked me to send all measurements and pictures so I sent what they asked. Now they are asking for new pictures and measurements. Not once did they apologize for my inconvenience. This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. This company needs to be out out of business.

      I ordered a jersey from this company with the description of *** ******* ****** *************************** Black Iridescent ******************************** When I receive the jersey the colors were flat and not iridescent at all! When I complained to the company they said After we looked into this issue, we find that your received jersey accurately described its image on our site. Moreover, we find that your jersey doesn't have any errors so our policy doesn't allow us to return or exchange another jersey. Im sorry but iridescent means showing luminous color that CHANGES when seen from different angles. My Jersey doesnt change in color at all!

      On 11/26/22 I placed an order for a LA ************** for a Christmas gift for $82.90. On 12/16 I inquired about order status and was told I would receive a tracking link within a couple days. On 12/21 I inquired again and received a tracking link. On 1/1/23 I tried to use the tracking link to track the package and it says post office is awaiting item. I inquired again and received a ridiculous response telling me there was a problem with my order and asking me to kindly remind them tomorrow. I told them to cancel the order and refund my $. They then ignored my request to cancel and told me they are reaching out to manufacturer and tried to give me a discount on future orders. I will never order from them again. Christmas has come and gone, I did not have the gift for my nephew and subsequently purchased a different jersey from a reputable company to replace this item, It has been 39 days since I placed the order and paid, and Ive received nothing but aggravation. I want a full refund promptly.

      I placed an order with them for a jersey for my son for Christmas on 12/5/22 and received an order confirmation immediately. The next morning I received another confirmation stating that the item would not be here before Christmas and if it was a Christmas gift I could cancel my order by contacting them. I have reached out via email, contact me on their website as well as called and left a message because they do not answer the phone and have not received a response. I would like my order cancelled and my money refunded.

      I purchased a jersey from sportymarts on 10/6. A shipping label was created on 10/8. It shows that on 10/16 it was received at a partner shipping facility fast express since then it has not moved. I cant get any information from tracking number. I tried to call sportymarts and the number doesnt reach anyone I have emailed them as well with no response. I believe this is a scam.
