  For weeks I've been getting spam calls and pre-recorded voicemails from "******* from Tax resolutions center" asking me to call "her" back at ********** regarding my "tax debt" which does not exist. The message says it's "imperative" that I call her back as soon as possible. I have repeatedly advised that that I am on the *** list and asked not to be called anymore, but they ignore this and continue to barrage me with spam calls. Finally, I called pretending to be an interested customer in order to find out the company behind these marketing scams, and I was led to this agency here.These are deceptive and harassing marketing practices

  You absolutely do engage in deceptive marketing practices, and you admit that I am on your DNC list, yet you persist in leaving these automated spam messages. Obviously you have no idea who has tax debt and who doesn't, you just spam thousands of numbers randomly. There is no excuse for this type of behavior. I do not except your response because it is not truthful.

  I have continued to receive nuisance calls from people claiming to represent your business. Obviously you are not being truthful with me. If you had any decency or respect for DNC lists, you would not have had them call me in the first place. It is obvious that you get these fly-by-night telemarketers to do your dirty work for you, so that you can deny culpability and walk away. You purchased my phone number from an illicit seller and are complicit in unlawful telemarketing schemes.

  I have an unresolved tax issue I had hired Tax Defense to resolve the issue had to pay up front in full. Tax issue never resolved, communication was poor on there part I had provided all information they needed they would never call back in a timely manner. They must have a revolving door of employees because every time I would provide documentation the case manager assistant was confused of who I was. I want all my money back they did non thing to resolve my tax issue pure lies and disappointment this is fraud. I have since hired a local company that has gotten more done in one month than Tax Defense had gotten done in 12 months.
