On October 09 2022 I purchased a cell phone for $133.13 at Metro PCS. A few days later I returned because my phone was not working. The service was bad, the phone wouldn't work. When I went in I was told that the computer was down and I needed to return. I went back on 10/21 for a replacement phone. I was charged $20 for a replacement. Then was told that my phone needed a memory card that was an additional $33. That didn't work. I returned again on 11/3 and was told that I needed a new SIM card . I had to pay 11.03 for it. My phone still didn't work. The location where I bought the phone sent me to Metro PCS claiming it was the service. Metro claims it's not the service it's the phone. I've been running back and forth, wasting my time and my gas and still have no phone.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2023/01/09) */ To whom it may concern, I apologized for the late reply in this matter. Customer came in on Oct. 9th to do phone service switch to metro by T-Mobile, rep did test call and make sure internet was working. Customer purchase the phone under metro by T-Mobile return policy. customer came back to return outside the return policy. Customer had a network issue and we tried doing troubleshooting. Customer was then unhappy and wanted to do the warranty exchange on device but notified to customer that if he did the warranty exchange he was going to have the same issue since it's a network issue but kept insisting on the warranty exchange. we helped to do warranty exchange since the customer insisted. Any warranty exchange there's a fee of $20 from the warranty company. Note: when you switch from one company to another sometimes it does delay more than usual.
