HORRENDOUS!My husband passed, and I took my engagement ring in to be resized.Instead, they charged me $120 on a $200 ring to clean it, but did not resize it as agreed on.They didn't write the instructions correct because there was "a lot going on when we took the order" the manager stated. They had me pay before I could see the ring to catch the mistake. She was incredibly rude, and there was no attempt to make it right. This whole thing is a mess. they are a SCAM !!! upgraded my ring two weeks ago they took my ring and said my new one would be ready in a week to week in a half called to tell them never mind because they are taking too long and id rather go somewhere else but they wont accept returns even though their online policy states 30 days !! and now they are saying my ring wont be ready for 6 weeks !!!!! i cant wait six weeks when im moving out of state in 4 weeks how the h*** am i supposed to even get my ring! i just want my old ring back and my money !!!!!! This place is a definite scam. They sold me a $600 dollar watch a few days before Christmas that I got as a gift for my husband. He didn't start wearing the watch until the past week, and he noticed it wasn't keeping time. We took it back today, and they acted like he was a true idiot and said "Well you bought an automatic watch, of course it doesn't keep time if you aren't wearing it overnight."I don't know about you, but a watch that only keeps time while you're wearing it and has to be wound every day because you don't sleep in a watch doesn't make a lot of sense. The salesgirl when I bought the watch never mentioned that it was an "automatic" watch and I"ve never heard of such a thing.Anyway, because it was 10 days past the purchase date, the store refused to take the watch back OR give credit so my husband could purchase a watch that actually works like a watch. Daniels Jewelers in the ****** mall is bad at doing business. I was quoted a price for a set of jewels. When I went to pay it off I was under the impression that I only owed $54. They later decide to tell me that the tax was part of the price. However nowhere listed on my receipt were taxes listed. I asked how come the tax was not on my receipt and the manager took it upon herself to say well everyone has to pay taxes. I asked again why the taxes were never mentioned BEFORE I put the set on layaway. They said it is just not listed on the layaway. I asked why didnt they tell me the price for the taxes before I put it on lay away. I was not given an answer other than everyone has to pay taxes. I will never again shop here. Our goal is to always provide you with excellent customer service, when you place an item on Lay-Away is on hold until the full amount is paid, then processed as a purchase and charge the proper tax amount accordingly.Review from Shawn W

I wanted to order some stuff online. The online website doesn't take the credit card that was issued at the store. I went to a store to see if I could get help with my issue. They looked up what I wanted in there gold book and told me the item I want to buy would be $75 dollars more then what was posted online(why would I want to pay $75 more then the online price. I was told there nothing they could do for me even though it's there online store and there online price and there credit card that was issued. I tried to call the online number for a few hours and only got put on hold. Then after awhile get transferred to voicemail. Well they lost out on a customer ever coming back. And a sale for $800.before tax Since I was doing Christmas shopping.Daniel's Jewelers Response

After several days, at least 15, of uncertainty regarding my order, which they could not find and for which never sent me the invoice, the bracelet arrived. But unfortunately this was not the product I ordered, they have sent me a Sterling silver BABY ID bracelet, which measures 5.5 Inchs. I never asked for a BABY bracelet because my grandson is a 6 year old boy but not a BABY. This experience with this business has been traumatic, unpleasant and frustrating. Not only have I lost my money but now I have to use another supplier to buy my grandson the bracelet he wants. I don't usually post comments or reviews online but on this occasion I will have to do it to warn other customers of how inaccurate it is to do business with this storeDaniel's Jewelers Response
