My son ****** *********************************** is a 19 year old conserved adult with intellectual disability. I took him to ICAN for an initial ABA assessment on 9/26/23.ICAN did not do any assessment on my son but just walked him around during the 1.5 hours of my initial meeting with the owner ****.They recreated a report based on the details I shared with **** and billed my insurance for 10 hours. My insurance approved the hours based on the *** codes and deductible of $613 is on **** want proof and video evidence on the assessment and non face to work they have done for my son to confirm that they spent literal 10 hours working on my son. I already requested this on Jan 5th 2024 but they denied providing any video proof and itemization of charges. Reply the owner **** gave was that it is a 'protocol' to charge for 10 hours. I'm attaching here-with my email conservation thread with ****.(During the 1st meeting ICAN said they would not know how many hours my insurance will approve but for the 1st ABA assessment itself they billed 10 hours i,e they already were aware on how to max out from my insurance.)I have not yet paid the amount $613 to ICAN , I want them to cancel the invoice as they have already got paid more than what ever time they worked on my son.
