On 2/21/2023 I went to Nissan Serramonte dealership to purchase 2016 Chrysler 300 automobile. During negotiation of the purchase I paid a down payment of $9000.00 and agreed to finance the balance of the automobile. However I was given 2 options for my **** PT Cruiser as follows:1.Have the PT evaluate the value of the car and use as part of the down payment OR 2.Have the car evaluated and Nissan Serramonte would purchase the **** PT from me and write a check. We both agreed that the value of the car is $****** and I accepted the amount. As per the Finance manager at the time ***************************** advised me to mail him directly the PT title and once he received it he will have a check mailed to me in the sum of $******. I left my **** PT Cruiser with the Nissan Serramonte dealership Once I got home that evening I filled the portion of information that the car transfer to Nissan Serramonte as the new owner of the car and place the title in to the ** mail. Mailed (mailed 2/22/2023) to Nissan Serramonte Attn: ***************************** 65 Serramonte ABlvd *****, ** ***** (as directed by ******).Several weeks go by and NO check payment has been received so I telephone ***************************** (on 3/23/2023) to discover he no longer works at Nissan Serramonte and the now finance manager is *************************. I leave ****** a voice message and asked for a call back and left my phone number.I have not received a call back so I phoned ************************* again on 3/30/2023 and we spoke. I explained the reason for my call and he said he remembered me from the of purchasing the automobile. He told me that he wanted to resolve this immediately so he said he was drafting a email to his sales team, DMV team and used car intake team to check with them of where was the title ? where is my check payment? He will call me back ASAP once he get a response from his teams.4/6/2023 @1:54pm Still not heard back from ****** and NO check payment has been received so I phone ****** to get any updates on what is happening and get his voice message.4/7/2023 @2:10 and 2:20 pm I call back to ****** and left him another voice message and asking for a call back and provided my call back number. I ask the receptionist if ************************* is at work and he confirmed, yes he was. So at this point Nissan Serramonte and ************************* are avoiding my calls.I ask the BBB for assistance in a receiving what is owed to me of a $****** that is owed to as Nissan Serramonte has my **** PT Cruiser in their possession including the cars Title. I feel they broke their end of the car contract to promise a payment of purchase and payment of buying my car from me.As of date I have not received the check $****** promised to me nor any returned call back to let me know the status of my payment. I ask BBB for assistance in obtaining my $ ****** payment as promised by Nissan Serramonte. You can reach me at the following:********************* *************************************************** ************* ********************* I will be happy to provide you more information if needed.I look forward to hearing back from you soon.Thank you With kind regards, ********************* 4/18/2018

I purchased a vehicle from this Nissan 8 months ago. They have failed to produce a title for my vehicle to my bank. I have contacted them repeatedly and went to their office and they are giving me false answers. I have now been pulled over by police for bad registration and to no avail myself or the bank can get one. I was told by ***** the previous owner is withholding my title.

My final new vehicle sales contract reflects an unauthorized transaction. My review of the line items revealed an (optional) service plan added to the final figure. It clearly states the word (optional) on the sales contract. As negotiations began, I asked about the $495 (Etching VIN ) feature and the $495 (Theft Recovery) program. It was expressed to me by a representative of the dealership that this is a standard extra feature that cannot be deducted, another words, you have to buy it, the car arrives with this feature, he said. I vehemently pushed it away. I expressed no interest and stated it is of no value to me. I made it clear. This was a cleverly execute slight of hand trick , bait and switch maneuver, deceptive to say the least. I experienced the usual unanswered email and unanswered phone message, and the most obvious avoidance technique observed " person is on the other line, please call back" , " they are with someone, let me take your number" and so forth.I didn't partake in the phone tag and round ***** circle, I gave one opportunity to reach back and one only, hence I called twice and emailed once. Was this experience nice? Heck no, deception is a biting violation !Forever, this business will have those words scorched in my memory, imagine that, all for a lousy one unit sales transaction. Will I return for the warranty checkups? Not likely. I'll go the extra few miles to another dealer for those services. Overall ; bummed out, I had good words regarding **** but this part of it just drained my hope.

purchased my 2020 nissan sentra october 2020, car wasnt paid off until the end of january and processed as a february payment. Dealership had a legal obligation to pay it off within a month and the failure to do so lead to my credit dropping from 756 to 564. Reached out multiple times but they won't get back to me. Tried filing a dispute with the credit bureau but they claimed they did not care who was supposed to pay the payment as it was not paid.

This is what I sent to *******************,Fixed Operations ********************* Golden State Nissan. Even his response contradicts the paperwork I have. ?Hi ****,I left you a voicemail late Friday afternoon. Enclosed are the receipts from Nissan and from my personal mechanic. ***** told me that all of my rotors needed to be sanded down (or something to that affect), prior to me speaking with my personal mechanic. Once I called my mechanic, *****' story changed with the help of a colleague. It appears that my rear rotors needed to be replaced altogether, not sanded down.My car was not washed or vacuumed and ***** did not check my back passenger tire for the nail I told him was in there. He quoted me $40 to fix, yet never checked it. My personal mechanic patched it today for free. I'll be taking it to ****** to get replaced because I purchased them in 2021 and they're under warranty. As you can see, ***** didn't do what I asked, but immediately saw a way to upcharge me or so he thought. This is DISGUSTING business practices and ***** should be FIRED! I don't ever recommend people get fired because we all need our jobs, but this is a gross injustice and I will be contacting corporate to complain as well as post on as many social media sites as possible.Lastly, I only took my car to Nissan because my mechanic is closed on Mondays and I needed an oil change asap. One of my best friends told me not to bring my car to that Serramonte Nissan location because they held her car for nearly a month and messed it up to where she had to purchase a new vehicle. Clearly the staff at that location can't be trusted. Again, integrity and honesty is missing from the staff at the Serramonte Nissan dealership!
