On Sept. 10, 2022, I attended a horse racing festival in ********, ** at **************. There, they have multiple vendors, including Racing Expressions, who I am filing a complaint about today. Racing Expressions is a business that offers customized horse racing items and the likes, such as customized bourbon bottles and customized glassware. Towards the end of the race day, I ordered two customized glasses for the sum of $150.00. I was told at the facility that would be getting shipped out by the first week of October. Towards the end of September, I reached out for an update on my shipment, to which they replied "mid-October" would now be the expected shipment date. In "mid-October", I reached out again for an update on my shipment, to which they responded I would be receiving a mock-up by Friday of that week. I never received a mock-up on Friday of that week. I have since sent a follow-up, to no avail.I know another party who purchased a bottle to the amount of $400 who has yet to receive any sort of correspondence from Racing Expressions. Given how the racetrack a cash-heavy business, I fear that they may have fronted a business there for fraudulent purposes and to steal cash from prospective clients, mine included.
