      I ordered a pair of boots and slippers in the beginning of December. These boots were extremely expensive. I took a chance ordering these because I had a friend. Tell me how nice they were when I received them they felt like cardboard. The slippers were extremely uncomfortable so I decided to return that there was no return label so I had to take them back through the post office out of pocket, which was absolutely absurd and I’ve never heard of such a thing in 2023. I contacted the retailer to let them know they were on their way because of the holidays. I gave her a heads up I am in the East Coast and they’re going to California. They received the slippers and she issued me a gift card. I will never be purchasing anything from this company ever again they have poor quality, poor products and horrible return policies.

      We are sorry to hear the customer is dissatisfied with our small business return policy. We do our best to be as accommodating as possible and ensure customer satisfaction. However the customer ordered boots and slippers during the Cyber Monday sale and our policy for any products purchased on a larger discount makes them only eligible for exchange or store credit of which was given to her. We are sure to make that policy very clear on our website by stating it not only twice on our returns and exchanges page but also during the checkout process. It had nothing to do with the fact that she lives on the East coast we are on the West and it was during the holidays so it took longer to get to us. It had to do with the items purchased during Cyber Monday. The customer also returned only the slippers and not the boots which totaled $84.97. If she believed the products were poor then why were only the slippers returned? We tried to kindly explain to her the policy via email and that we apologize for the inconvenience but this has been a policy that we have had in place since the beginning. We also explained that we unfortunately are not yet able to provide return shipping labels being a small business but we will always cover the expense of shipping an exchange back to the customer.
