On January 5, ****, I opened a checking, a savings, and a CD account. An hour later, my phone nearly exploded with alerts that my credit score had dropped 4 points due to a serious inquiry. It turns out that FPCU penalized me for investing my money with them. I indicated several times that I'm extremely disappointed, and a person promised over the phone that they would restore my credit score within **** business days. Today, the evening of February 9th, I still see my reduced credit score. It doesn't appear on my profile, "your credit score is not available", but I check with any other bank, it shows the reduced number and that FPCU serious inquired on my credit rating, because of them, my credit rating decreased. DO NOT INVEST at FPCU because they will punish you as they punished me. SHAME ON YOU FPCU!!!!

Father in law just got a debit hard for the first time. After having it only about 2 months it was hacked from ********** and boston and MO, and ** all in 1 day. Most banks would of flagged unusual transactions like this. However they didn't and they stole over $950. They lady at the bank told us they would only give him a complimentary $500 until after the investigation they refused to give him another debt card until after the investigation because he has had "alot of new changes to his account recently " basically my husband and I have became his POA and she basically said they needed to "make sure those charges were fraudulent because he has people who can access his account" So when does a bank treat there customers like criminals before they even investigation? These are the same people who have been telling our elderly parents what they can and can not do with their money from SSI. Which is part of the reason we started to help them. They would ask "why are you taking this much money out" or you cannot pay that with disability money... Since when do tellers get to tell or ask their customers (elderly or disabled ones) what or how to use their moneies. Unless you like people in your business, I'd stay away from this bank and these nosey women trying to make their not so important job, important

The lady at the bank basically said they needed to "make sure those charges were fraudulent because I do have people who can access my account" So when does a bank treat there customers like criminals before they even have their investigation done? Most banks give new cards when the customer has been founded. My kids are not from any of ********** or businesses that used my card. Why does this bank decide if I get another debit card to use my money in my account? I want answers! One women gets to make this decision?

This company put a hard inquiry on my credit file because they say that they received my information from Rate Genius. I've never requested nor had any dealings with this credit union. I contacted them when I got an alert from the credit bureau that someone was trying to check my credit. The credit bureau asked me if it was author by me. I did my due diligence and contacted the company who verified that I don't have and never have had an affiliation with them whatsoever. Hi requested them to remove the hard inquiry since I did not authorize them or give them permission to check my credit. This has put a blemish on my credit and this company refuses to remove the hard inquiry. They say that they are not able yo do it. I say that they're the ones that put the hard inquiry there. It needs to be removed by them. If it was a correct inquiry I wouldn't bother with a complaint. This item just appeared on my credit file and if I didn't have the alerts in place I would not have known about this company. Had to freeze my credit file because of this. No one wants to take the blame for this hard inquiry when they're the ones that put it there. They need to remove it because it is an error.
