Evergreen paid $211.00 with gift card and card bounced or stopped payment , I paid to 30 % less total $150.00 plus now late charges to payerInitial Complaint

Evergreen told us, they will use Gift Cards, which they receive from vendors for doings surveys, to make our bill payments, and we only have to pay them 50% of the payment. Since we felt unsure, at first, we tried small bills, example PECO and Aqua Water, those were fine for a month, so we tried other bill. Between June and Sept we paid Evergreen $11,088.63 through Zelle. Starting Oct, all the payments that Evergreen paid on our behalf with Gift Cards were reversing or were being canceled by the vendor, stating "Fraudulent Credit Card transactions" So, we called all our vendor and paid them again on our own and stopped doing business with Evergreen. We called Evergreen and tried to get our money back, but they never responded. We realized, they are not using Gift Cards, they are stealing other people's credit card numbers and using those to the pay bills. This company must be stopped, as they are stealing credit cards, and we would like to get our $11,088.63 back. They have customer services people call customers to agree to pay vendors through Gift Cards. We must have received 6 to 7 phone calls, before we agreed.
