I placed an order of 5 bottles of makeup 10.5 . which I have been wearing for 2 years. I received the order on March 19th, 2024. When the order arrived the color formula had been changed there was no longer a color match. I sent an email to the company and got a reply saying someone would contact me in 7 to 15 business days. I drove to their store in ************************, took the product and box with me. They did a color match with my own bottle of 10.5 compared to the new bottles and there was a noticeable color difference. I had to purchase a much lighter shade to combine with one of the bottles I received to get a match for my complexion.I was told they could not exchange I had to mail it in within 15 days to get an exchange. I mailed the package back to the warehouse on March 26th, it was signed for an received. I ask them to replace three bottles with a 10.0 because of the color combination we did at the store in person. No one has called or contacted me since. I drove to Cerritos mall again , with my receipt comfirming that it was received and the store employees said no one , not even a supervisor was available for me to get the products exchanged. The telephone numbers only ring, there's no voicemail available to leave a message. I have called different times of the morning afternoon all between 9-5pm pst. I would like to receive the 10.0 bottles in exchange for the 10.5 that were un opened and I know were delivered. I would like a supervisor to call me and apologize for bad customer service. I will post negative reviews on social media in hopes they will not continue changing their formula without informing their customers. ************ **********Initial Complaint

I ordered from this company back in May. They sent me a email with tracking number. I checked the tracking number and it showed a delivery date of June 5,2023 via **** June 5 came and went and then *** says they have not received the package. I have emailed the company twice and messaged them multiple times via Instagram to no avail. I would like to have my money back for the items I purchased.
