I received a defective pump and over the past few weeks, I have been tirelessly trying to get the merchant, a representative by the name of **** specifically, to provide me a prepaid return label which is due given their return policy, i have provided numerous videos upon request showing the problem and the continue to ask for additional videos despite the videos being EXACTLY what is asked for. They continue to change their tune and ive literally sent 5 or 6 videos. I truly have not experienced such strange and terrible service from a company.Initial Complaint

My wife bought a paddle board pump from Outdoor Master in April 2023. After a few (1-2) usage it started to create issues. Didn't worked with the battery pack, and also sometimes with our cars. Since it's a 12V socket product we don't have any other option to make it run. When we reached out to them they came with excuses.- Don't use battery pack - I think that your cable is slim But there weren't any information about that kind things in the users guide or seller information. Today we're trying to get our money back because their product is totally trash. And they respond our messages with unknown issues, excuses etc..Initial Complaint

Purchase Date: 8/4/21 Price Paid: $449 + Tax Order# OMXXXXX Purchased this SUP board and website shows it has a 2 year warranty. After ONE time of using it, it leaks around the valve (nothing that can even be patched, the actual valve is leaking). Attempted to contact by email, and they don't respond. Attempt to contact by phone to no avail. At this point, we just want a refund for this as this is poor business practice and they are obviously unwilling to follow the warranty. This board is now useless, and tired of trying to get a resolution directly through the company.Business response
