I work as a Business Manager for a ******************** franchisee ******** *************** Im filing this complaint on behalf of my business. On March 7th, 2022, the business sent its crew to perform ************************ at my restaurant location JIB **** at ***********************************************************. During the service, the service crew messed up the wiring and electrical system for the hood and exhaust systems and my business was put to a halt. We communicated with the business and requested for them to fix the issue. The business hired a third party electrician and had him fix the issue after several hours of business closure. (Detailed incident report attached). Two months later, I received a call from the vendor Automatic Fire hired saying I do not remember the name of the man, but he is your boss and he asked for service for your location and I havent been paid. I apologized, and requested for a copy of the invoice from the vendor. I contacted all my store managers and district managers and found out that we never requested for the service; it was instead Automatic Fire who hired him. I send an email to the vendor telling him the same. (Proof attached) Now, the business has sent me. Statement of charges, without furnishing an invoice and is demanding for me to pay for a service. I requested for the invoice copy but the billing manager has declined saying that the management has advised her to send the invoice once and after that, the statement only whereas the invoice wasnt sent ever. Later, the business owner misbehaved in writing by responding from the employees email. The conversation copy is attached. I need BBB to help me: 1. Get the copy of invoice so I can pay what is due and urge the vendor to complete service at my location 2. Get explanation of charges 3. Get service price list 4. Get schedule of service for my restaurant locations 5. Help ensure this business does not do this to anyone else 6.Apology from the business
