Zero stars. They are working in ********* under a different name. ****************************************************** found this out when the bill came from Ramics Repair. The very first experience I had was them just showing up to my door, and they were supposed to give a call when they were 30 minutes away. On that same day the worker said they had to order the part. The second visit for installation the company (again) didnt give a courtesy phone call, he just showed up. 30 minutes later the worker said everything was fixed. My husband asked to see the part that was replaced and the worker reached in his bag and pulled out the brand new part that had NOT been replaced. I would like some compensation for the dishonesty and audacity. I cant believe we are in a world where we have to ask to verify the work has been done.

These are companies that provide clients to us and other similar companies.Regarding the parts. Appliances do not use motor oil, and most parts are electronic, so old parts obviously look like new ones. Even parts that water passes through, such as a water valve or drain pump, are visually difficult to distinguish from new ones.But the most important thing is that your unit is working again. This means our technician did everything correctly. I hope I managed to explain everything. I would be very grateful if you could remove this review so as not to damage our reputation; it is very important to us. Thank you!
