He claimed one of my managers told him the truck that he ordered would be here in 3 to 4 months. We
never give a timeline because in today's world an ordered truck can take up to a year or more. Then he told
me he called a big wig at ************** and the big wig told him we ordered it wrong. I asked him to give me
his name and I probably would have his number in my phone so we can call him. He refused to give me his name.
So, another lie.
Every time he comes into the store, he always ends up in an argument with one of my employees. He is a hot
head. Now he is yelling at me and pointing his finger inches from my face on the show room. I asked him to leave
and I walked him to the door and in a strong voice I told him to get out.
He said my old boss, who has since passed away, always took care of him. I have been running the store for 15 years
with no other issues with other customers. He kept yelling "customers are always right". Sometimes customers are
not always right and sometimes I feel you have to stick up for your employees. Now we are in the driveway. He was
hoping I would get physical with him and again, he had his finger pointing inches from my face. When I didn't, he finally got in his
truck and drove away.
