This company not just as a customer is horrible but even as an employee they treat their employees like crud.they will under pay you not even the minimum rate. they will pay their family high. not only that but the other workers will post pictures and videos of AAA members full names names and drivers full names of them working there.People will start problems within the company and they chose who to keep even when the other was in the wrong. There has been full on fights with workers and management and nothing happened. The company is a disorganized company that only treats their family well. They have had so many people walk out ******** and not come back with no consequences. They are sloppy use foul language and the only person who actually care about how people are treated who work there is *****. He cares not only about his employees but the members as well.If I could give this company a zero star rating I would.

On 8/26/23 your company significantly damaged our 2018 Heartland Landmark 5th wheel. This is one of the most heartbreaking experiences of our lives. On 8/26/23 we booked a tow through AAA for our new 5th wheel of which we were planning on living full time. We have sold our home and escrow closes on 9/18/23. I even told the driver before he left to take care of our new home. As of 9/6/23 ***** Towing Specialist have not filled an insurance claim for the damages. The initial estimates coming from ******************* are $40K and we will have to rent a furnished apartment since sold most of our household. The repairs are estimated to take 4-6 months and we have signed a 6 month RV site lease agreement. It appears we are going to have to hire an attorney to recoup our loss of use and repair costs. We did not get collision on our insurance because we were not going to tow the vehicle. ******************* is the owner of ***** Towing Specialist. If it were me and I saw ***** towing approaching you to tow your vehicle I would pass. Terrible business practices and awful customer service.

************ arrived at the scene after we were involved in an accident. We told the driver we needed to contact ****************** to see where to have it towed and he said he knew an Allstate contracted auto ********** he would tow it to. He towed it from Pacific Beach all the way to ************, bypassing places the were actually on Allstates list of places they recommend, to a place that is not on their list of recommendations. By the time we got the estimate and talked to the adjuster and realized this was not a repair shop where Allstate will insure their work, the repair shop told us it would be about $1220 plus whatever it cost to put the car back together to move it to another garage. $695 for the towing plus $175 per night for storage charges. We decided it was not worth it and to go ahead and leave it there but I wanted to let the *********** know that this driver had been untruthful with us and had also towed it way further than was necessary. I have left six messages with different people at C and D Towing over the past month. Each time they have assured me the manager will call me right back. I've given up because I realized I will never hear back and that this must just be the way this company does business.

Unreliable towing service. I waited all day yesterday for them to show up and they didn't. Then they unilaterally cancelled my claim through Traveler's Roadside Assistance without cause or communication. DO NOT USE THEM!
