Ordered items from vitaspring.com (order ID ******* on 15 Oct 2023. To date, the order has not been filled. ******** is unhelpful, saying that the order will ship soon, even provided me with a fake tracking number. As of 10 Nov 2023, order has not been received, merchant no longer responds to email, phone calls go to voicemail. Requests for refund is ignored, "refund payment system broken".Placed a second order (order ID ******* on 18 Oct 2023. This order was partially filled, some items still outstanding. Items are backordered and will be shipped "soon" according to merchant.Business response

On Dec 17, 2022, I ordered 4 bags of MacFarms Organic Macadamia Nuts, Dry Roasted with Sea Salt, 20 oz at a grand total of $163.88. The order is still on hold, we didn't run the charge yet. We contacted the customer several times about the shipping charge on the order. The free shipping is only qualify for the supplement orders, it's not qualify for the grocery products. Please check the detail on *************************************************. The shipping charge on this order is $16.18. Please call us back at ********** or email to ***************************** to confirm the shipping charge. This order was canceled, since we didn't receive customer's response about the shipping charge. We have never run the charge on his credit card, no refund will be issued.

I ordered supplements from ************ on Dec.15, 2021 for $39.78, that includes shipping cost $8,89. Two weeks later I asked their customer service when my order would be shipped. They responded that the items are out of stock and they were waiting for more stocks to come. However, I did not mean to wait more than 2 months. I have not heard anything from ************ in the next 45 days. On Feb.11, 2022, I asked VitaCart to cancel my order. They responded "This item is finally back in stock now, and your order has been processed." You will receive it in the next few days" I receive nothing. I asked again to cancel my order. The answer was "sorry, this order has been processed already and it can't be canceled anymore". My credit card was charged on Feb.9th. Back-and-forth they made me to think they will send my order in a few days, but nothing was shipped. I asked VitaCart to refund my money. Their answer " This order has been processed. Please wait for a little bit, and you will receive it in the next few days". I told them if they don't not send my order or don't refund me, I will will find an alternative way to deal with them. On next days - Feb.17 they issued a tracking # **********************. Today is Feb.24th; It is a full week and no update on tracking status "Your shipment was received, the acceptance of your package is pending". I contacted USPS about this status and they told me that package acceptance pending does not men my item arrived at the post office. USPS has not received it; once they received it, they can scan and track it. VitaCart scammed me again. I am attaching (not good quality, I am sorry) pictures of my correspondence with VitaCart and the order details. Thank you for your help!Business response

VitaCart order placed on Dec.15,2021. Order received on March 3, 2022 - almost 3 months waiting. File a complain with BBB on Feb.24, 2022 after numerous efforts to deal with VitaCart.com. I will never ever do business with VitaCart again. I appreciate BBB helping me with this case.
