On or near July 18, 2022 I was told by a male manager(not a employee but a manger)that he would mail me veterinary syringes and needles for my horse and dog. I have bought several items with Sheldon Feed for many years. He took down all my credit card information, drivers license information, billing and shipping addresses email and phone information. He then said he was currently out of stock of the particular needle size I requested. I called back two days later to say I could use the needle size they had in stock and please send items. A female manger answered the phone. I explained to her this my request was already approved with the male manger and all the needed information was already given. She abruptly replied we dont send those items by mail you have to come into store This wasted much of my time giving my credit card,drivers license ,phone and email information over the phone only for another manger to change her mind. If the policy was they dont mail it, that should have been told to me prior to wasting 30 minutes of my time taking down all my personal information and saying it was ok. Note: I ordered the veterinary needles and syringes online with Amazon with no problems at all. Not even a identification was required. If Amazon had no problems with it, why such a problem with Sheldon Feed and Supply? I regret giving Sheldon Feed and Supply all the business I did over the years. A error in judgement on my end that will never occur again.Business response

We are sorry for the confusion on our end, and the waste of your time. It is our company policy not to send needles and syringes through the mail, as well as to have the purchaser of those items in store to fill out the Needle and Syringe Log that the ******************* requires ** to keep when we sell them. We have since had a training regarding this policy so that all employees are on the same page.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: Management said they would ship items. Management reserves right to change, alter or modify policy as needed.
