On Feb 16 2023, I agreed to have Sacramento Repipe and plumbing to repipe my house. I was assured 100% guaranteed satisfaction. I enjoyed having them work on the house. At one point our household contracted covid and we had to put off their work for a week. They came back and finished, but this happened when i had to leave for a day. When I came back I noticed all the pipes inside the house were not anchored to the wall and moved around. I tried contacting them many times, only to get an answering service which forwarded the messages. I had yet to make the last payment. I kept trying to get ahold of them to fix the pipes. Then I recieved a horrible message from ****, the owner, chastising me for not paying the final payment. Finally they sent someone out to anchor the pipes inside the house. He put some foam in each attachment also that expanded out to be seen and also the anchoring collars. I made the final payment. When spring came - I started to water the yard. I found the connections on the out side of the house were also not connected to the house and had been stuffed with foam that expanded out unattractively. When I use the faucets they rotate at the base and turn the pipes within. I have tried since Jun to get them to come out at fix this, texting with *******. She assures me that someone will come out every once in a while, telling me they are double booked. It is now September and no one has come to fix the pipes. They have stopped responding to me at all now. Please help me, I am worried that the pipes will loose integrity when used.
