I saw a special on ******** to come to 100% Chiropractic and get their $21 special which included x-rays and a visit with the chiropractor. After I clicked the link and put in my information, I got a phone call and set up an appointment for 11 AM today Wednesday, March 13, I arrived at the appointment almost a half an hour early because I was a new patient thought there might be things to do. As Im presenting my insurance information she stops me and says oh youre on ******** we dont take ******** patients they dont qualify for the special. You will have to pay $350 and you dont qualify for the special. I talked to their girl on the phone she knew I was on ******** and didnt tell me but she did talk me into going from the $21 special to the $49 special, still Im sitting outside the office, no help, no kindness, no compassion. I believe this is age discrimination, and needs to be reprimanded.Business response

To whom it may concern,
This patient presented into the office with a regular ******** plan. It is illegal for us to give discounted care to straight ******** patients. If she had a ******** replacement plan we would have been able to give her the special. We tried to explain this kindly to the patient in several ways but she just still did not understand/ did not want to hear it. We would have loved to honor the discount for her if we would have been able to but unfortunately due to the type of insurance she had it would have been illegal if we would have given it to her. There is nothing we could have done differently for this patient. We are not "agest" and its only the new patient promotion that she was unable to use due to her have just ********. If she would have had a ******** replacement plan we would have been able to honor it.
