More than $50K in work and nothing is good. They took forever to complete it and within a week things started falling apart and every bit of their work is chipped, broken and *****.One gate opened into the street in a way the it would hit passing cars. Others just stopped opening or would open in the middle of the night. When we needed them to come back and fix this stuff, they were slower than on the install and eventually then ghosted us. They ignored us for months until my wife left a nasty review. That review is the only thing that got their attention. They were there within a couple of days and that was the only thing they wanted to talk about, "please fix the review, please take down the bad review". Very little concern about the bad work and remedying that. Literally all they were concerned about is a bad review.So here's another bad review of some very bad people. You can read the other reviews and you can probably tell which of them are friends of the owner. You can also probably tell I sound like somebody who spent 50 grand and got ripped off. Happy to share everything I can with this about this.We are waiting on a couple more quotes from other companies to remedy all the ppor wrok from the ironmen, and once we have those we will be filing our official complaint with the city. $5k+ and 2 years later -- gate still doesn't work The entire process was unbelievably frustrating. I had gathered several quotes by the time Iron Men came out to bid. The owner came, looked everything over, and gave a price. I triple-checked that it included running the electric from the front of my house since that had come up in every other bid. Yes, he assured me, it did. Install day: they showed up and the owner was baffled about the electric needing to be run (?!) and said he'd have to charge me several hundred dollars more to do that. I really needed the work done, so we agreed on a price increase under pressure from him to get started working. The gate never worked properly after it was installed. The remotes would not operate the gate - they came to "fix" that twice The manual release on the gate broke twice The gate CLOSED ON MY CAR and I was not able to manually or electronically release it. It caused severe damage to my car's exterior and the rim and tire on one side. It was also terrifying as I was not able to get the gate off my car. Their "emergency services" were not available to come help. Thankfully it was not a person or a pet as they would have been gravely injured/killed. They did not install a laser eye motion sensor, as is required in CA. Another $700 to have that added on post-install. The remote was not uniquely coded, so my neighbors' remotes kept opening my gate. They finally came to swap out the remote (after I called appx a dozen times). They brought the remotes but not the keypad that works with them (???) so I STILL do not have a fully working gate. AVOID this company if you value your time and safety.
