November 30, 2021. Purchased the ***** Daily card bundle from the Topps Disney App. Something went wrong with my purchase, and I didn't receive anything from the bundle though I was charged the ***** plus ***** in sales tax, totaling ****** Sent a screenshot of my receipt from Google Play with all requested information (my email, transaction date, order number), expecting to hear something back the next day as I had purchased and contacted their support after customer service hours. Three days have passed, and I haven't heard anything back despite continuous follow up. Transaction ID Number: GPA.********************. I would like the items that was included in the bundle credited to my account. Thank you.Business response

The Customer Support Manager, issued a refund via the Google Play Platform using the GPA order ID provided. The refund can take 3-5 Business Days to process.
