I called Tax Net USA to help solve a tax dispute I am having with the ***. They told me that they should be of help with my case after I explained the situation, so I hired them. After weeks of nothing being done other than sending me a 21 page financial questionnaire, which was taking a lot of my time to complete. They were asking for account numbers, copies of my bank statements, personal information such as property tax statements, etc. I terminated their services and requested a refund, because I felt like the had not done $3,500 worth of work on my behalf. I still have not gotten a refund.Review from Justin M

I am very concerned that this is not a legitimate business. There's always one more piece of information they need. When I ask for a secure portal to send the information, it's as if I'm asking for something that they've never done before... or they just don't respond... ever. After my contact has ghosted me, I went back to the original salesman for support. Now he's ghosting me. I have asked for the contact info of a manager. Crickets. I have no idea what they are doing or what the status is.Review from David H

I have been working with Tax Network USA for almost one year with hopes they will be able to help resolve outstanding tax debts in some way. They do not give clear information. I have no idea if they are going to be able to help me in any way. I have no idea if my tax debt will be negotiated in any way. They are not clear about anything they will be able to do. I keep sending the *** money every month, and I keep asking Tax Network USA if I need to keep sending the *** money each month, and when will this me lined out? Then month after month after month they keep saying the lawyers are finalizing the information. This slow and vague approach is making me physically and psychologically ill.Tax Network USA Response

We are reaching out to address the recent concerns raised by [Client's Name] and to clarify the proactive steps we have takenand continue to takein supporting the clients case.First, we want to emphasize that tax resolution is a complex and often lengthy process, a fact that we communicate to all clients from the very beginning. While its natural to want fast results, its essential to understand that the resolution process requires adherence to IRS procedures, as well as a strong working partnership between the client and our team. Contrary to the clients assertion that we have been handling this case for nearly a year, the reality is that we have worked on this case diligently for seven months to secure the best possible outcome.Throughout this time, we have maintained consistent communication with the client, as well as sent multiple requests for essential documentationrequests outlined under CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES in the clients service agreement. This includes expectations that clients will provide accurate and complete documentation and notify us of any changes to their financial or personal circumstances.For clarity, when the client reached out to their case manager on November 6, our team responded with an update that same day. We maintain timely responses as a standard and have continued regular communication and follow-up on the clients case.Regarding the documentation process, we initially provided a financial questionnaire upon onboarding in April. Since that time, we have contacted the client multiple times to request the necessary information needed to move forward. Despite these efforts, we recorded several missed scheduled calls with the client. Additionally, its important to note that the complete documentation necessary to advance the clients case was not received until October, which caused delays. Now that we have the required documents, our team is working diligently to finalize the resolution.While we recognize the clients desire for a swift outcome, we also want to remind all parties that many timelines are dictated by *** procedures, as well as the clients own cooperation, as stipulated in our service agreement.We encourage clients to bring any issues directly to our attention so they can be addressed promptly. Tax Network USA practically saved my life , I was getting garnished on the verge of having my bank account levied again and they were able to completely stop the garnishments and even got the levies put on hold then completely stopped , They made the process very clear and told me exactly what I needed to do . With a little work we were able to fix all my problems , My case manager ****** was very helpful with updates along the way and always made sure I wasn't left in the dark I highly recommend anyone facing these kind of issues to contact Tax Network USA.Tax Network USA Response

On 9/25/24, I received a letter from the **** of State stating that I could not get my passport because I owed back taxes for 2009 and 2012. I called the 800# on a flyer that I received (and saved), as I had been unable to resolve this issue in the past - having spent $1500 on a CPA in 2011 who did nothing over a two-year period. Since I was experiencing serious cardiac issues, I did not have it in me to "fight" with the ***. Fast forward to 2024 - I have a trip planned to ****** with my adult children. However, I cannot travel abroad without my passport. After receiving the letter, I contacted Tax Networks ***. I received a return call the next morning at 10AM (ET). During my call, I mentioned that there were three issues: (1) passport was being held pending arrangement with the **** (2) back taxes were owed for tax years 2009 and 2012; and (3) there is a lien on my property.Good results: (1) There was a five-week turnaround for my passport - only 9 days before departure); (2) I was placed on a payment plan for 2012 - not the ultimate since there was no deal at all since I was stuck paying the whole amount due plus the penalties and interest; and (3) for 2009 they got good results as this was wiped clean. The only reason I agreed with the payment plan for 2012 was because I needed my passport. I sent emails DAILY to my Case Manager (CM) so as not to get lost between the cracks [VERY IMPORTANT].Disappointment: I communicated with my CM about the lien on my property and inquired as to how to move forward. They want to charge me extra for that! I expressed my disappointment in that I assumed that this would be included since I paid $7500. Luckily, my best friend is the former Registrar of Deeds so I am able to move forward with removing the lien without having to pay them anymore ******** for my rating: (1`) passport - 5; (2) back taxes owed for 2012 - 3; (3) back taxes for ******; and (4) lien on property - 0. 13 divided by 4 is 3.25 out of 5.00.Tax Network USA Response
