      Very long story short, my mom was the victim of a predatory sale in which she was somehow convinced to trade in her 2016 E350 wagon for a 2021 GLE350 ***. I could go on and on about how her wagon was a superior vehicle in terms of power (300hp V6 vs 250HP I4), drivetrain (AWD vs RWD), fuel economy (20/27 vs 19/26), and all the additional creature comforts the wagon had that the *** didn't, but that's not even the worst part. Both of my parents are disabled and the wagon was perfect for holding a wheelchair and ****** while also being low enough that they don't have to climb in or jump out. My mom realized very shortly after taking the *** home that it was very difficult to get in and out of. It was clear the vehicle was not a good fit for them. I was not there when my mom made this purchase, but when I confronted the dealer about it afterwards, they insisted they were not at fault and refused to let me escalate the issue to a **. Instead they kept trying to push different vehicles or random accessories on ****** to try and make the *** work for them. After some mildly heated discussion, we settled on having to buy her car back and trade in the ***, in which they sold her car back to her for more than what she traded it in for while simultaneously buying back their *** for less than what it was sold to her for resulting in a net loss of over $20K for my mom and pure profit for the dealership for a double sale. The whole thing felt incredibly unprofessional and uncharacteristic in regard to the level of service expected from a luxury car dealership. While the fault ultimately lies on my mom for not refusing to sign the legally binding paperwork, this dealership clearly has no issue with unethical and scummy behavior. Avoid it at all costs.This whole ordeal spanned about a week, but looking at the Carfax report for the ***, it doesn't even show that the vehicle was purchased by my mom and even has a service record during the time she had it. Talk about dishonest.

      Extremely ************* Please avoid this dealer at all costs if you know you will need to access their ******************* Highly disorganized, I am trying to schedule an appointment for a recall, and they had canceled this on me for the last three times as they don't have any loaner available (despite the fact when I booked the service two weeks ago I was assured I would have a loaner). I just ended a call with their service department, and they hung up on me. Please use any other Mercedes Dealer in the area.

      The worst place to ever take your car is to this dealership! They cant fix the problem you took your car in for but theyll find other problems and charge you and avoid fixing the problem you had from the beginning. Model S500 ****- and above have a battery and electrical problem which Mercedes Benz new about. They need to correct the electrical/ battery problem! There is currently a law suit going on concerning this problem. Include yourself in the lawsuit. Thank You!

      I dont even know where to start. But I got sold a piece of s*** vehichle that they showcased in their showroom and supposedly it passed all inspections and is a clean sale....********. I purchased a 2015 Mercedes g63, after 3 days of having it, the stupid car failed on me in the middle of route 395. That was my first life threatening situation. Second, was when my driver door flew open while I was driving on the freeway and I literally drove home with me holding the door shut at about 15mph. Took me 2hours to get home and my arm was sore for a week for holding it shut for that long (no tow trucks were available near me and didnt call me til 6hours later). Then I have all kinds of ongoing problems with the car, with different leaks coming from everywhere. Also, Ive had electrical problems to where the car doesnt wanna park or the doors wont open. My car has been at the shop longer than Ive had it and my repair bills are higher than the car payment itself. Ive spoke to ************************* and even emailed him all the invoices, except my last one because I havent gotten a clear quote on it yet. My **** for the last one will be over $12k & Ive already dropped approx $12-15k since Ive had it for 6 months. To top it off, no one is answering my calls and they never even sent or given me a copy of the documents I signed when I purchased the car. I was told that they will email the documents, but me or my dad never received them. Oh, but they have no problem blasting my phone and email when they need my car keys and car documents for my car that I gave them on top of my down payment lol. There has to be some kind of justice for my situation and that is what Im after.

      Service technician drive the vehicle for personal appointments I had my car placed for repair. I caught the service technician taking my vehicle to a personal appointment 30+ miles away from Escondido. He took it to Sorrento valley for an appointment to a building next to my work that hosts a surgery center, OBGYN and fertility clinic. The service center recalled him and they said he took it the night before to his residence in ******** where he forgot he had appointment next morning and went to his appointment. Though, in my opinion, he could have driven it to Escondidos where he could take his vehicle.It is not the first time their technicians take their vehicle to their place of residence far away from Escondido with the excuse of testing.The management was never apologetic. The car was driven 300 miles and they did not even fill it up with the gas their technician used Moreover this was the second time for same issue and in both times the car was driven overnight. This time I caught him red handed driving it to an appointment next to where I work
