      I ordered 8 packs of 124 count Puffs Plus facial tissue (long box) thru Amazon. These ripoff artists charged me $22.89. These idiot conmen only sent me 6 boxes. Additionally, I found you can actually get 8 boxes thru Prime for only $13.28 with free shipping. I believe the Flipcost was free shipping also. Notice a difference?!? Im returning this overpriced, short delivered to Flipcost even though they want me to pay shipping of almost $8. Flipcost should be renamed Ripoffcost! Eat it FILPCOST! Youre lucky your in ** and Im in ** or Id return them personally and mess u up!

      This business address is for 'EZ Tires and Transmission' - an auto service/mechanic business. Not an ****** fulfillment provider. This makes the situation already very questionable. I had ordered 'N'Joy ***************** ******* from ******. flipcost filled the order by sending ****************************** *******. This is a ******'S brand. The packaging even has the Staples stickers still on it. Since it is a food-type product, it cannot be returned. This is not an honest, reputable way of doing business. ****** has been made away of this as well.

      Criminals. I ordered through ****** and never got updates on tracking or photo proof of delivery, but I did get a fake person *. ****** that "signed" that they received it, who doesn't live at my address. They tend to use first initial, last name as the person who signed as the recipient. I called their 800 customer service number and said they'll put me on hold to contact ***** and after a few minutes, the customer service agent (lol) said she's trying to get a hold of carrier and will call me back. Naturally she never did. The lady almost hung up and I had to ask really quick didn't you need a number to contact me back. I then contacted ***** directly at the shipping site flipcost claimed that it was on way to delivery at my house and the "tracking" number doesn't exist, simply put, flipcost makes up the number (it will say tracking provided by flipcost) and use ***** delivery company as a front to use as their shipping mode, even though the item doesn't even exist. Just contact ****** directly, say there is no photo of evidence of delivery because there never was, and they'll be forced to refund you within 2 days if there is no proof of delivery, even if it's listed as nonrefundable.Also, flipcost/Sarib Rehman CEO loves to contact posts in the ****** reviews section with a weak apology and generic suggestion to email our concerns so he can come up with a poor excuse of customer service garbage, saying they apologize the item is "lost." On ******, they also deleted my 1 star review as well and you can tell the 5 star reviews are generic and fake as well. Just give people their money back and admit you're thieves while coming up with another store front name for your scam company.

      If you ordered from Amazon, report the problem to Amazon and they will refund your money. There's a pattern of this company providing wrong tracking information to customers and Amazon is investigating. Just look at the reviews here and in the company's seller profile on Amazon. At first, Amazon (or this company) was blaming the carriers for mis-delivering but that is not the case. Do your research and don't buy from this company.

      "I had a great shopping experience at FLIPCOST. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the store was well-organized and easy to navigate. I found some great deals on cleaning products , and the quality of the items was top-notch.The reason I gave it a full 5 stars was because I was very impressed with the store and will definitely be back!I would definitely recommend FLIPCOST to friends and family!"

      Order was for two cans of Lysol bathroom cleaner. Order was shipped in a box that would have held four cans, but also had absolutely no packing whatsoever. No bubble wrap, nothing. As a result, top to one of the two cans arrived broken and unusable.

      I purchased an item from flip cost through Amazon. It was stated that it was delivered and signed by a name that is not at my address. I work from home with a front room office so I see every delivery truck that goes by. I called Amazon and they tried to get a replacement, they stated that the item was not available. Amazon is submitting a refund. Dont buy from this company!

      I ordered 1000 Cup Lids for next day delivery via ****** The package was shipped to an address that was not mine, signed for at the "front desk", and also was confirmed that the shipping weight was only 1lb/.45kg. A case of 1000 lids weighs around 20lbs, so that means not only are they shipping product to the wrong addresses they are also not shipping actual products either.

      Similar experience to the actual real reviews, not the fake 5 star reviews that were seemingly posted here as a conflict of interest. We ordered some supplies from Flipcost, and the tracking information said it was delivered to the receptionist at the front desk by the name of ************. No one by that name works here. No one by that name was in the building at the time of delivery. No one by that name lives on the same street as the delivery address.We called ***** who told us we were most likely provided with the wrong Tracking ID from ****************** and that the order may not have ever been shipped. Amazon said that getting a wrong tracking ID almost never happens, but regardless - here we are on the date of delivery without the item. We paid extra to get free overnight delivery, otherwise we would have most likely had an entirely different order.Based on the other recent reviews, ****** reviews, and Amazon Seller reviews, this isn't an isolated incident but a habitual practice that Flipcost has been practicing lately. I would beware doing any business with this company whatsoever. I emailed them, tried to chat online with them, all with zero response. Luckily, I was able to get Amazon to refund the order immediately - just wanting to warn other people about the potential scam that Flipcost is operating. It's yet to be seen if our order arrives a day late like others have experienced, or if it will even be what we ordered. Still, this has been, hands down, the worst online purchase experience we've ever had with a company. Beware buying anything from them.
