the whole bill is just oncerning nothing matches and at the time being i was emplyed with t he office stated on the bill which we had insurance and not insurance listed on this billInitial Complaint

On February 8th I submitted an order to my insulin pump supplies provider, Tandem Medical. After not hearing from them for a few weeks I called to see why my order has not been shipped out. I was told my insurance was flagged as inactive. Upon calling the insurance, Partnership Health plan of California (PHC), I was informed that my plan was active and showed normal to them. So I called Tandem on March 3rd and they said they were waiting for pre-authorization from PHC, which could take anywhere up to two weeks. On March 21st I called PCH to check how they where going and was informed via machine that their phone lines are down with no foreseeable date of continuation. Since then I have been calling them nearly every day to get word of how the authorization process is going but get the same message that their system is down. The machine prompts the caller to leave a message, and so I did, explaining who I was and what I needed. They left me a voicemail saying they couldn't help me. Since then I check in every day or so and their system is apparently still down. I have now been without proper medical supplies for 56 days and rely on inadequate supplies to manage my autoimmune condition.
