              ****** was able to look up what was wrong with my brand new generator. After I emailed the form they were able to ship my part. ****** was great on her end, but I was not happy my generator was sold to me with a known faulty part! The five stars are only for her!

              The Ai power 2300i is the quietest and best running generator Ive ever owned. I had it for 5 years and not a single mechanical issue. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a small portable generator.

              My generator died with only 33 hours logged. I called customer service and ****** took my call. He took my information and said he would get back to me. It took a day or 2 and he returned my call. The factory was very fair in solving my problem. A-I Power stands behind their equipment. I am so grateful to ****** for his kindness in helping to solve the problem with my generator. Thanks ******..****** *.

              ****** provided excellent customer service. She helped me troubleshoot an issue with my generator and explained exactly how to fix it. She also completed an order and worked through some shipping issues very effectively.

              Very helpful. I had a fuel leak on my portable generators, most likely due to old gaskets. They offered to send new gaskets to me for free so I can get them fixed.
