This idiotic business accepts orders online, but clearly doesn't know their own product availability. I placed an online order, went to pick up and was told this item wasnt available. 1 x Blueberry Cream Cheese Pastry(1 x $3.89)=$3.89 Ok, so was told by the idiot at the counter of have to go online to fix,Then she said she would fix. Great. Except no fix. *** contacted this business multiple times and have yet to hear boo. Will gladly leave a horrible review. This horrid bakery sells dogshit at exceptional prices. Then has the audacity to NOT refund for out of stock items? Really!?!Business response

On 2/23/24, I purchased 9 pieces of refreshments from the store and the store charged me ten pieces. Upon paying for the purchase, a female store employee came over and telling me that I dropped a donut. I could not hear clearly what she was saying and asked her to come back to explain. Then a man came out from the back of the shop telling me that I had to pay for the one piece donut I dropped. I did not have time to argue with them that morning because I had customers coming in for a visit. and the pastry was for them. Later I checked, I got every piece I picked up and did not miss any item. While the receipt clearly showed the store charged me ten pieces of bakery items, one more than I received. I would like to know if the store has any evidence, CCTV or others, that showed who actually dropped the donut. Why did the woman picked me for her convenience? There are plenty of other customers in the store. I suspect this was racially discriminated against me being an Asian. Funny thing is that Paris Baguette is a Korean bakery. I would like the store refund me in the amount of $3.49 for the item that I did not receive.Business response

Good morning,
This practice at this cafe by one of our employees is not acceptable and not what our brand stands for.
I would be more than happy to refund this guest and provide a gift card for future purchase.
