A PMP Prep course was purchased from this company in error on November 14th, and I reached out to them within 10 minutes of the purchase asking for a cancellation - which is well with their 7 day refund policy. Instead I was routed to someone who said they'd help me move my registration to another course. I explained that I intended to sign up for a PMP course for work through another vendor and wanted a refund. Instead of refunding me there were several emails where the representative appeared to be trying to convince me to take their course, and I explained that their course doesn't fit my needs. My last communication was on December 4 when I was told, finally, that the request was forwarded to the accounts team. I followed up twice and have since heard nothing. It has now been over a month since the initial purchase and three weeks since my last contact with them. I do not want this course, I just want a refund.Business response

I signed up for the Scrum master and the PO/PM course and paid for both of them. I completed the Scrum master course. However, for the PO/PM course when trying to take the course it is not available and emails and calls to this business haven't been responded for a very long time (several quarters). Paid $495 for each course. They signed me up for the course. However the date got moved and they never communicated about the new date. They didn't follow up and haven't responded to several emails or phone calls. At this point I just request them to refund the money of $495.Business response

As per our discussion, we would like to offer you a *** class as a gesture of apology. Additionally, you may also attend the SAFe PO/PM class that you previously paid for within the next three months. We will provide you with an updated schedule by August or September. Once you have received the confirmation, we kindly request you to close the complaint with the BBB.In the meantime, I will share the complete recordings of the *** class with you and ensure your enrollment in the Live *** class starting on July 1st.

This company constantly spams me with non-relevant job offers. I never provided resume to them, they found it somewhere and continuously send spam. There is no way to unsubscribe, manual requests to unsubscribe sent to every possible email address are being ignored. Attached is history dealing with this company. Every single request in this email chains is me telling them to stop contacting me. They don't care.Business response
