I was told I was approved for a one bed room apartment after submitted a credit app. the fee was 56 bucks. I was then told to put a deposit to hold the apartment online for 154 bucks. I was then told a week or two later that I would need to submit additional documents after the fact. I then left multiple voicemails and sent emails requesting a full refund for the apartment hold fee and credit application because the additional document request came after the fact. This isn't my fault it is the apartment complex reps. ****** I was told one thing and got another. Please help me resolve this issue by getting a full refund for the apartment hold fee of 154 dollars and the 56 dollar application fee, thank you. :)
